Great prices, friendly staff & a nice, wide selection of pipes, water pipes and just about everything you could need from a smoke shop. My friend and I were helped by a nice employee who gave us each a great deal on a pipe. Told us about the deals and promotions they have going on. Today I walk into this store as a second chance for previous bad see ice where during open hours this blonde gentleman locked the door as he talked on the phone. He did let me know he would be right with me when he was off the call. More than 6 minutes later he took care of me and got the coil I need! When I come in now the same blonde gentleman was rude and didn't seem to know by tank style or model what coil I would need so, he asked me to see it, even though he didn't any other time. I get it and when I ask why he needed it when he didn't last time? He told me he didn't have to listen to my shut and then When I see red myself and said that was fine he told me " Get the F@#k out, that I am trespasses O asked for a ma aver or owner na.e and he instead called him but, refused to give me any na.e but, John Doe! Every time I shoe up here there us drama and rude behavior, I will not come back as I do t deserve to be cursed at because he doesn't care enough to do his job Politely! Horrible customer service. Willingly sells defective products and then refuses to replace/refund anything. I will never go back.

I've been going to this smoke shop for years now. And I've met the owner before some of his other stores were opened. He was always friendly courteous and helpful, as are the employees I have dealt with here. If I have gotten something for a lesser price, they have always matched it to other smoke shops providing it was an EXACT match of the item. He now has a manager at the store and I don't see him as often in the E. Colonial Store, since he lives closer to one of the newer stores he opened. However, if I have a question or let an employee on duty know that I've paid a specific price for an item, if they don't have the authority to match it, they get on the phone and call the owner, who has always given consent for the price to be matched for any items I've gotten there. On occasion, because I have been a very loyal customer here for years, I'll sometimes be given a discount on my purchase, not always. So it's one of the main reasons I continue to do business here. Yes, some days an employee may have a bad day and unfortunately, sometimes it shows, but having worked in retail and fast foods myself, I know we all can have a bad day from time to time. So even if they were having an off day as it were, I still maintain being friendly and nice, most often that helps them clam down from whatever gave them the stress{es} in the first place. So yes, I love this place and it fills all my needs for when I need tobacco supplies, tubes, etc. to make my own cigarettes. And they carry the machines to do that too. Sure beats the cost of brand-name cigarettes since I can make 200 cigarettes far cheaper than what 4-5 single packs of brand-name cigarettes would cost me. I've always found this place usually has friendly, helpful folks that work there and a nice atmosphere to do business with them in. read more

So I came here without reading the reviews..and frankly I'm glad. All but 1 of the reviews are 1 stars and I'm not sure why. They may have changed owners since the bad reviews but I have been in twice and I have had amazing service from two different people. I am a woman of color and never felt uncomfortable or as if I was being treated poorly. I was helped with everything I needed and left satisfied. The store was clean and the staff was very welcoming. If you have a chance to come in here maybe give it a chance! Everything seemed reasonable priced as well and staff was very helpful in educating me on products I didn't know about! read more

unfortunately there isn't anything lower than one star. i have been here numerous times for the same exact reason and every employee has a different answer. Not to mention they sell counterfeit JUUL devices which they claim are authentic. Horrible customer service, rude, arrogant, and not willing to work with their consumers. read more

I've been here multiple times, and there's a reason for it. Smoke Break is my place to go for the best prices, hands down. Charles orders some really nifty scientific/functional water pipes along with heady pieces of course. I just love all of the variety that you can find at this place. Been here quite a few times and never had a problem up until tonight when I went in. The guy was really rude and wouldn't price match an item that I normally get from another store. i got a pax 3 from here as an anniversary present for my husband, the owner told us that they were clones but said it works just as good as the real ones, we get it and just aren't happy with it, I drive 40 minutes to Come in to get it checked out he says it's fine but honestly we just aren't happy with it, I would rather get a refund at this point but it just seemed like he didn't want anything to do with it, he says we have high expectations for it that just are unrealistic,my husband tells him he's feeling crooked and the owner starts to get loud and shouts, starts to threaten my husband saying he will beat his ass, break his jaw and make him bleed on the floor, even said he would call the cops on us for harassment. Even if we do have high expectations for it, it should make sense that I want my hard earned money's worth from it and I feel like I'm not getting that from this device! No excuses for this behavior especially from a bussiness owner. Very disappointed in how this turned out. read more
