When I walked in, I was greeted with a lot of Enthusiasm from Amine (sp?) who was running the shop. He was extremely helpful and discussed the different options available. Ever since learning about Delta-8 THC and the legality and benefits, I decided I should experiment and see if the benefits are real. I'm no expert in any of this so I do rely on the service provided by these shops. He was extremely helpful and talked about the different batteries/cartridge options, gummies, etc. as well as how to use. I liked him so I decided to support this particular shop and make a purchase. After my purchase, I was home trying to get the dog-gone thing to work (that's cleaner language than what I was using). I couldn't get the battery/vape to work so I headed back and explained my situation. There was a clog or something and everything was kind of a mess. He took care of it and I was on my way and able to try it out later that day. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy with my experience and my purchase and look forward to visiting again when I need a refill. Maybe that's the Delta-8 talking though!

However upon switching to a different vape product , I took my time spoke with the sales rep , he instructed me to purchase the smok novo 2 , I purchase that along with incense and juice for my new vape. I was so unpleased with the product, the pull was horrible , the flavor was horrible. I called the store that I trusted to make this purchase and asked them if they would exchange it for me since I just bought it yesterday. (Has not even been a full 24 hours) The man over the phone said no , no refunds or exchanges. I've spent hundred of dollars here weekly and I don't throw my money away, apparently they don't value their customers because this is just completely disappointing.
