Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. He diagnosed problems quickly, came prepared, and got everything taken care of without wasting time. Today, we have a fully functioning shower, three serviced water heaters, toilets that no longer run, and faucets that don't leak. My water heater had been giving me trouble over the last couple of months, shutting off sporadically. While I was usually able to reset it myself, it finally gave out completely. There was no gas coming through the line, and it just wouldn't ignite. I called Shellback, and within two hours, Moises arrived at my place. He was incredibly responsive, immediately diagnosed the issues, and gave me a clear breakdown of the work needed and the estimated timeline. The fix required replacing both the thermal pilot assembly and the gas control valve. Since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, he had to source them from an authorized dealer. To make sure we weren't left completely out in the cold, Moises got the gas ignitor working temporarily on day one. By 9:00am the very next morning, he had already picked up the warrantied parts and finished the permanent replacement! As a great bonus, he also flushed the water heater for routine maintenance before wrapping up. I was blown away by the turnaround time. Horrible start to the day and luckily Yelp helped find me the exact plumbing company I needed in my life! I couldn't wait to write this review because I love nothing more than using a new company and getting impeccable service. So grateful for Erick Jr. getting back to me so promptly and working with me on cost and sending someone within an hour of my inquiry on Thanksgiving Day. Erick Sr. and his partner showed up exactly at 9am as promised. Erick Sr asked a few questions and gave me play by play what he's going to do to clear the problem and walk me through what he sees on the camera for bigger obstructions that might require a future visit to clear permanently. The service was hydro jetting my main pipe/line and they hydro jetted through a lot of roots and determined a small crack in the pipe from my house to the main city connector. I've felt with root issues for 20 years. This is a 55 year old house and roots have grown out of areas you least suspect so I was expecting to hear about a cracked pipe but we agreed it wasn't too bad for how old the house is. They hydro jetted twice and used the camera 3 times to be sure the obstructions were cleared. I've never seen a more professional, well understood assignment and resolved so quickly while still taking their time to be sure the work was done successfully all at the same time. I can't say enough about these guys…read more As far as I know, they don't do appliance work, so their few negative Yelp reviews must be mistaken. My prior plumber was charging me $450 for a hydrojet. These guys charged $250. Our clay mainline was cracked, so we needed to call a rooter periodically to clear the roots that would grow into it. After their work, our mainline was free of roots for about nine months, so they clearly did a thorough job. During this latest visit, however, Alex showed me how the mainline was deteriorating, so after performing another hydrojet, we decided he'd come back to re-pipe it. All Clear does work for the city, so they're equipped with industrial-grade tools and equipment. They were able to dig two holes in the ground and use a machine to run a new pipe through the old one. They arrived early, finished in a few hours! Also, they charged me a small fraction of what another plumber quoted! Without the equipment, it's a job that would have taken days and torn up my yard. I could go on and on... they're that good!

I knew what the core problem was and that the drain was physically blocked some distance from the sink itself, and I realized that I couldn't fix it myself. We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm.
