That level of responsiveness is rare, and it immediately took the stress out of the situation. What really stood out this time was how far above and beyond he went. While replacing the water heater, Khan replaced all of the old piping at no extra cost and also removed rusted wiring he noticed along the way. I reached out to Happy Flow Plumbing last month when I had a water leak in my main line. Rather than use the same company, I came across Happy Flow on Yelp and contacted Steven. He was quick and responded to my message and came out the next day to take a look at the leak. He was thorough and went over different options to repair the leak that would fix it long term and not leak again like the previous work that was done. Since it was a Sunday and the supply store was closed he said he would give the options some thoughts and get back to me with a plan and quote. He detected and replaced a blown capacitor and got the A/C working right away. He measured all the components of the system outside and tested the cooling effectiveness inside the house. He was happy to have me out there as he worked and explained everything he did. What he did not do: upsell / recommend a new system install. Though he did explain that our 22 year old unit was likely reaching the end of its service life. These guys are very straight shooters in an industry with some sketchy common practices. Price for analysis of both systems and the repair of 1 unit was very reasonable.
