Honestly, I really enjoy this pizza place. I always get the spicy Cajun pizza. It's so good!! I have brought my extended family here when they visit Pasadena and they also rave about the pizza! I mostly order out, but I have dined in once. The service is good. The staff is a younger crowd but they've always been really friendly to me. The prices on the pizza are also pretty decent, which is great for my budget. I recommend this place for sure! Oh and the one time I ordered delivery they delivered pretty quickly! The lady at the front was horribly impersonal. We didnt know what we wanted yet, so on top of not even greeting us, she tells us to get a menu and go sit down and figure it out, as if we're in the way of all the people that aren't there. I've gone here for lunch twice and been impressed both times! So many options, nearly too many because everything looks good! I've has the lasagne and that was pretty good. Today I had the chicken Parmesan sub with soup on the side and it was really really good! The soup was potato and bacon and was excellent. Went tonight. We always try and go every two weeks. Tonight we ordered six different things. Four things out of six had issues. 1. Ordered Hawaiian pizza rolls- got pepperoni pizza rolls 2. Ordered fried chicken salad- got grilled chicken said (was told that was the only chicken y'all had, menu says different) 3. Ordered volcano pizza- after sitting down for 20 mins we were told y'all didn't have the items to make pizza had to choose a different pizza 4. Ordered met. Salad with chicken- supposed to come with kamala olives and artichokes feta.. Etc ( we had it before) - it was same as the regular green salad we ordered as well with the supposedly fried chicken. No olives, artichokes, feta, etc... Last but not lest out shrimp artichoke calzone was very runny! Very disappointed. Plus half of the Coke selections were out as well. read more

I called in around 7 PM to have my order delivered to my home and they told me it would take about 45 minutes. I figured I would have my pizza around 8 PM. I get a call from the delivery driver at 8:20 asking for my address again because the girl who took my order wrote my address wrong, so I said OK .When the delivery guy made it to my house the pizza was cold so we asked that it be removed from the bill. The driver asked us if we wanted a replacement pizza and we said no. Ten minutes later another pizza was delivered to us. So I thought wow they really are trying to take care of their customers! Five min later the second driver is knocking on our door telling us his supervisor Joey is expecting us to pay for the second pizza. The driver called his boss and I spoke to him. Joey told me I was trying to get two pizzas for free! I told him I wasn't paying for the pizza because it wasn't my mistake it was his. I couldn't believe how ridiculous he was being! read more

Pipeline pizza is a very decent place to eat. I ordered a big to go order and everything was prepared perfectly. It is a good family atmosphere I will be back for sure. The only thing I would suggest is to somehow get control of the acoustics it was very loud inside. read more

My husband and I ate here yesterday for the first time, but that definitely won't be the last! He had the Cajun pizza, I had a the Chicken Florentine calzone. Both were delicious, and so fresh! A salad came as part of a lunch special-romaine lettuce and fresh veggies-always a plus! (I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce) Atmosphere was nice, quiet and very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The highlight of our meal was the Garlic bread we ordered-it was hot and cheesy and wonderful!! None of our food was greasy in the least-that sets this place apart from other pizza restaurants, in my opinion. We'll certainly be going back to try out more of their menu! read more

I had a decent experience with them before so decided since it was like 5 minutes from my job to go ahead and order a small pizza and 6 boneless wings for lunch since I would have to eat at the office that day. I ordered at 12:22pm and they said my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I headed out at around 12:45pm. I got there and they told me that my food had been delivered to my job which I told them that couldn't be since I didn't ask for delivery and I never gave them location. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR MY NAME. They said someone else had ordered at my office so they got confused and sent my order to my job. I get to my job only to find out the driver has gone and my food went back with him. I call them to ask if they can have the driver come back and they are BEYOND CONFUSED to what is going on so I have to sit there and explain the situation to them again. They then tell me that my food is there and if I want to go and pick it up which I tell them no to come drop it off because apparently they messed up the first order as well. At this point its been an hour and I have yet to eat lunch. I will never order from there again. I can understand why they are losing customers so quick. The lack of care for the customers is ridiculous. read more
