If you're like me and feel better in high waisted bottoms and structured tops (and have had a baby and just gotten past the regular binkini phase of life), get it!! Perfect suite!! So I got a dress from Piper and Scoot with the swim suit; the Hampton floral dress in blue, and it ripped second time wearing. It ripped directly down the seam and My mom looked at it and said it was just a seam stitch issue and to just let customer service know. I did and within a week they sent me a gift card for a new dress bc my size in the dress I had was sold out. They shipped it to me in 3 days! Super great customer service and really happy with my second dress!!! I wear a size medium in both the dresses I got and am a 36 B bust, 5'6, and 155 lbs. I can tell from a photo on a model what style will look good and what can't; I live In a small town in idaho so I order online regularly. Take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt and buy what you know will work with your body based on the measurements given. So I didnt actually go the location. I found the Instagram and fell in love with the clothes! My sisters birthday was coming up and they had a discount for their sale clothes, so I had to buy something. I got the dress so fast and it was folded perfectly. When I got the dress out a button was barely hanging on and seemed like it was going to fall off any minute (it did end up falling off). I got worried cause I knew all sale items are Final Sale and returning stuff online is usually terrible. I emailed the store and they got back to me the same hour, telling me to take photos of the dress and the paper I got with it. Once that was done they had me send back the old one, shipping they payed for, and sent me my new one once that tracking number was updated. It was awesome! I ordered a dress, size L from Piper & Scoot. Shipping was fast enough over the border to Canada, the dress came as described, however it would be nice if larger sizes were built for bustier ladies. The dress looks more like a maternity dress than the one worn by the model. It's a simple tweak of the pattern during sizing to get the same effect across the board. Instead it rises across my breasts rather than hitting at my belly button as the fit and style lead me to believe. Will I still wear the dress? Yes. It's well built. Feedback about the dress: no size indicated inside and the label doesn't read "piper&scoot" (weird). Also there are no washing instructions. read more

So far I love everything I've ordered from piper and scoot. Great quality, cute, and fair prices. I've ordered from them 4 separate times now and I am always amazed by the fast shipping! I chose the free shipping option which is supposed to ship in 3-5 days but it always ARRIVES by day 5 if not sooner. I love it, and I live in Hawaii so I am used to it being weeks before I receive packages online. The one suggestion I would make is to make more size charts available and possibly to tell us the height and weight of each model for comparison. I first heard of Piper and Scoot from an LDS sister missionary. I first brought a top that was on sale and I loved it! They are true to their sizes and make online ordering easy. Their store in Draper is also the cutest! It's quaint but great. I also recently had an experience in which I ordered a rusty pink dress. I received the wrong color and emailed them about it. After sending a picture of the dress and the invoice, they immediately sent me a shipping label to send it back and now a new dress in the right color is on it's way! I honestly can't believe how incredible the customer service is. That was the easiest return/exchange I've ever had to make with something I bought online. While, yes, I could save a few dollars on every shirt/dress by buying them from a different boutique (a lot of my favorite websites have a lot of the same things), I don't know that it would be worth the hassle. I shopped online and they have so many beautiful pieces. The measurements on each clothing item were super helpful to know what size to order. The three things I ordered fit just fine, but they weren't flattering for my figure (a length, flow, sleeve thing that I wouldn't have known until I tried them on) so I had to return them. All of the clothing I've ever purchased from Piper and Scoot has been great quality and always very cute. Washes well, and the try ons they post are always helpful when determining a size. My one complaint would be that shipping to Canada costs $50 now, which has gone up substantially in the last year or two. It makes it hard to buy unless you're looking at a few items to justify the shipping cost. It would be nice if that was more affordable, I'd order more often. read more
