I…read morestopped in while we were in town for Dave Matthew's and I found this beautiful pink dress that I wanted to buy for my birthday in a few months. I left there for probably 5 minutes and when I came back, it was on the rack to be tried on. I talked to one of their employees, Alison, and she was super sweet and attempted to find the same size (they only had the one). I waited for a few minutes while someone tried on the dress and then gave up and went outside. Shortly after, Alison came out and called me back in. The lady didn't like it so she held it for me to try on. Long story short, I loved it and bought it. Alison might've been one of the nicest employees of any boutique I've been in.

I have been vacationing in Saratoga for over 25 years and it is hands down one of my favorite upstate NY towns. I truly enjoy shopping on Broadway and usually meet friendly and engaging staff/owners. Sadly, this store is an outlier. Try as I might to give them a chance, they just keep on disappointing. On this occasion, a decidedly unfriendly middle aged sales woman went out of her way to be unwelcoming and literally made an effort to avoid me. Since I can get Anthropologie brands at an actual Anthropologie and I prefer shopping where I feel welcomed, I left.

They also have bathroom they allow patrons to use, thank god! The bathroom is standard and clean. Service: I only met two women who work here. One is the owner, she is very helpful, knowledgable, and efficient.... although she is not the warmest of people. The other woman is very sweet. Prices: prices are reasonable for the brands they are carrying. Overall would I come back? Perhaps, if the atmosphere would be a little more warm and welcoming.

They would just call and cancel your order. This was above and beyond for customer service.

Yellow Boutique is a GEM in Saratoga, definitely among my favorites. Located at the north end of Broadway, it's a lovely spot right in the mix of everything. Denim is a staple for me and the store stocks Kut brand (fans of Anthropology) and a few others as well, there are always a nice selection of styles and sizes but not too many.. ALL styles are always fresh and on trend for the season, every piece is versatile, day to night tops, sweaters... Like Stitch-fix but better! I'd been doing some tiling all day and looked like crap and I'm male so I had a fish out of water thing going on when I went in. I was quickly attended, given ideas and shown a variety of cute things. I selected some thigh high stockings and was shown exactly how high they went on a thigh because the lovely woman helping me was wearing the same ones. That part was awesome.
