wonderful experience trying to find my mother of the bride dress. I live out of state ordered it online and never have been stopped here before I took a gamble as the Lilly Pulitzer dress I wanted was sold out in all the stores. A couple days after ordering it I did have a question about it so I called. She was amazing. She told me when she went to ship my dress there was actually a stain on it and that she called around to other stores until she found it. A lot of places wouldn't do that. They would just call and cancel your order. This was above and beyond for customer service. read more

Wonderful service at this Lilly Pulitzer via boutique. I use their facebook page to find out when their new Lilly items arrive, and they are kind enough to hold them for me to try on! Nice kids section, too. They also carry Vineyard Vines and jewelry. read more

This store is absolutely amazing and I don't know what people are talking about for having rude customer service! The staff were very friendly and we asked them questions and they were very happy to answer. We were the only ones in there and my sister was trying on clothes and the workers checked up on her in the dressing room and they got her different sizes and everything. They looked like they really like their job. It's also nice to have a small preppy store in Saratoga Springs but the store is actually a good size and they had a wide variety of preppy clothes! I will never shop here again. They have nice stuff but 1) the service here is terrible and 2) the return policy is worse. I went here to buy a dress for a special event. The service in August was terrible. The store was crowded and the ladies that worked there did not seem to want to help. No biggie, I like their clothes and I bought 2 dresses. 30 days later I tried to return one with tags still on and receipt and the older woman at the store would not take it back, not even for exchange or store credit. If you live up here and you want Lily Pulitzer drive south or go on line. read more

The Pink Paddock has been my favorite store forever! Kim, Emily et al. are always so wonderful in helping me select things that I will love for all occasions! They have the best customer service and when I visit there are already things waiting for me to try that they know I will love, in addition to whatever I have already asked for- they know me too well! :) I also love that there are so many choices for year-round wear - even right now in snowy Saratoga! I have shopped here a few times in the last couple of years when I have needed a dress for a special occasion. I have worked with the same middle age woman every time. She always knows what dresses will fit my body the best, and she seems to really want me to be happy when I leave. I have always received excellent customer service. Have not shopped here. However, I live in Key West. So, for Christmas, I bought my step mother-in-law a very nice (expensive !) Lilly Pulitzer Allie Packable vest @ the lilly store in Key West & mailed it to her in Saratoga Springs. excited that there was a Lilly signature store near her where she could exchange the vest (sizes are so unpredictable). I just spoke to a young lady @ the store & was told "No ! We can't exchange that. It will mess up our inventory!" The ONLY Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store that I have ever heard of that will not exchange with a receipt from another Lilly Signature Store. Bah. Humbug !! read more

It is nice having a boutique like this that carries Lily Pulitzer and some Vineyard Vines. They also carry Kiel James Patrick bracelets, which I like. The set up of the store is slightly cramped and depending on the day, the staff could use some help with decorum. read more

This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a $50 top here and while wearing it for the first time, I noticed a small hole in the material. I hadn't even washed it. I took it back thinking they would just let me exchange it for another shirt. They rudely explained that they never take anything back if it's been worn and the tags have been removed. I guess I'm out the $50. I will never go into that store again. It's so sad to see such awful customer service today- especially at such a high end store. Look at what they have, try it on to see if you like it and then order on line!!! Don't purchase from his store! read more

Great selection - especially for little girls! They have even shipped items to me for my daughter. The shipping cost was very reasonable and super quick. I make a point to visit this shop every time I am in Saratoga. Always a fun time shopping here! And their sale rack is always full of hidden gems. read more

This shop doesn't deserve even one star. A young woman, who just returned from a military deployment was shopping and spent over $700 dollars on Pulizer dresses and a casual outfit to wear that day, was treated so poorly I was ashamed to even be in the shop. The owner/manager (?) refused to wait on her when another woman and I wouldn't set our iced tea on the windowsill outside, choosing to stand just inside the doorway, away from all clothing and displays instead, in order to provide feedback to the young woman trying on clothes. Aren't we all a little safety conscious about leaving our drinks just anywhere? There were two other women in the store walking around with Starbucks coffee. When I later posted how rude and demeaning the older woman was (owner/manager?) she responded so crudely and so viciously that I was stunned. She focused on the fact that we wouldn't leave our cups on the window ledge. She blatantly divulged a conversation I had with the woman I was shopping with, (none of which was directed to her). She erroneously mixed us up and accused me of parts of the conversation I had no part of. She mentioned my family - none of whom were there! She misrepresented what was actually said and what actually happened. She also complained that her sales associate spent 30 minutes helping locate clothing in the correct size. Worst of all, in her response the Owner/manager (?) divulged personal credit card information about the young woman I was with - she posted it publicly on my page. She obviously knew the woman was a vet, since the young woman used her military card and she still tried to humiliate her by exposing information about her credit. Upon exiting the store, while standing in the sun, a dirt spot was noticed on the shirt that had been purchased for $110. and which she had intended to wear to lunch. When she reentered the shop to see if it could be wiped off, the owner/manager (?) took the shirt to wash it. She left this young woman in the dressing room without a shirt, but told her to run across the street to Starbucks to use the facilities. The original outfit, that had been worn into the shop, had already been delivered by a fourth member of our group to the car, so she had no shirt. By the way, the owner/manager(?) said in her post that I did not like the original outfit and called me her mother....both are absolutely NOT true. The young woman's outfit was very attractive, but it's always nice to wear something you just purchased and that you like out to lunch. Anyway, even after trying on clothing, purchasing there, and waiting for someone yo get her a shirt, she was not allowed to use the restroom. By the way, the owner/manager(?) tried to publicly say the dirt spot was a coffee stain caused by women not leaving their drinks outside. It was indeed NOT a coffee stain. I have heard about vets being treated poorly in other places, but I was horrified to witness it in a place like Saratoga Springs and in a high end shop. I'm sure it was this young woman's fine military training and the assistance she received from the Saratoga Warhorses upon her return to the States, that allowed her to be respectful - even while the owner/manager (?) did everything possible to stress her out. I don't think any woman, under any circumstances should be treated poorly. So my advice is: AVOID THIS STORE!!! The other shops in Saratoga Springs and the many other places I visited as a, "tourist" there were warm, welcoming, and friendly (and they loved having us spend 30 minutes or more in THEIR shops)! read more
