This was very disappointing, especially given my previous experiences with PipeX, when they were always responsive and prompt. Set an appointment for service and minor repair of our tankless water heater. They texted 1/2 hour before the window and said they weren't making it, so rescheduled for the next day. Tech showed up 1/2 hour late for their 2 hour window, wandered through the house taking pictures and left, having done nothing. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. I dont like writing negative reviews for smalls business but I am thoroughly disappointed by lack of professionalism by PipeX plumbing. We had called them to fix a couple of things in the house (shower drain and a toilet flush) and within 24 hrs both of them were broken. I need to update my review because Nikolai contacted me this week and apologized for not responding to me all this time. He said he had some family emergency and was out of town. In any case, he stopped by promptly and checked the faucets that felt wiggly. Apparently, this small play is normal and will become hardened after use due to calcium deposits. Nikolay was very responsive to text messages which was really helpful during my work day. He was able to come out within a couple of hours to fix a problem with my water heater. I called several larger companies about this job and they all told me I needed a new water heater, despite me being pretty certain it was a simple fix (a sensor had been tripped and just needed to be reset). He had to leave to do some research on my unusual water heater, but was willing to come back later that night to finish it up.
