We recently hired Shoreway Plumbing to replace all the old galvanized piping in our home with brand-new Type L copper piping, and we could not be happier with the results! From the start, Service Manager Abraham was incredible to work with. He addressed a few initial concerns I had right away, straightened everything out, and got our project scheduled to start almost the very next day. Throughout the entire two-day installation, Abraham stayed in constant communication to make sure everything went smoothly. On-site, Team Lead Cesar did a fantastic job keeping the work running seamlessly. His leadership really stood out--he managed the project effortlessly and stepped in to support everyone across the job. The entire crew (Ruven, Vidal, Max, Albaro, and Francisco) demonstrated impressive teamwork, constantly helping each other out whenever and wherever needed. They replaced our entire water line system starting from the main shut-off valve by the garage, running new copper through the crawlspace to all our fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen, backyard hose bibs, and water heater. They brought our water heater up to code by placing it on a proper stand, installed a new 3/4-inch pressure regulator, hammer arrestors, a laundry box with a drain, new angle stops under every sink and toilet, and upgraded our shower valve to a new Moen system. Before wrapping up, they flushed our water heater, patched all drywall access cuts neatly, cleaned up every bit of debris, and thoroughly tested all lines for leaks. Knowing their work is backed by a 10-year warranty gives us complete peace of mind. They quoted me 14,000$ for a leak I had repaired by another company for ONLY $1,200 . That's nuts…read more The scope of work I needed was greatly exaggerated by " DISCOUNT" plumbing ! I 100% beg you not to go with this company. The word "discount" in their company name is the EXACT OPPOSITE!! I had a small slow leak in my unused shower that backed up to my closet - it took me quite a long time to identify it. It had caused "electrolysis" Bettina to my copper pipes which was immediately obvious to my other estimates yet discount's estimator couldn't tell me if the leak was from a sink or shower pipe despite the obvious greened copper . SMH they overcharge and wanted to charge 1000$ k just to cut open a 42x30 piece of Sheetrock to access the pipe - This group of owners bought the business from the original owners a few years back, maybe inherited the yelp score +/or good will reputation.... but I experienced other wise. My entire repair was on par with just the access cost with discount plumbing.

Raphael's videos fr every clean-out angle possible showed everything we needed to see regarding a bigger problem we previously suspected, 76 year old sewer pipes. We're going to use Handy Plumbing Man to install liners in the aging pipes. Whether they have the best price in town? Don't know. They can get started demolishing the necessary driveway section ASAP. And replace it, precisely matching the other segments, after the liners are installed. For us, time is money.
