They even accommodated my request to delay the visit by an hour. Their technician, Sabur came right on time. He looked at the leak and provided an estimate which was very reasonable and better/comparable to every other estimate I got so far. He also mentioned a one year warranty on the work and had a replacement valve with him. I signed the contract and he replaced the angle stop valve in less than 30 mins. Luckily, we discovered this quite quickly and restricted our usage of water, but we definitely felt we needed urgent help with unclogging the line. The next day, we reached out to JetPipe Plumbing. They gave a rough range for the work but told us that they would need to send someone out in person to get an actual estimate. They were able to dispatch Alexander that same day, and he arrived on time in a 2 hour window. Alexander was able to clear the blockage in about 30 minutes by snaking via an indoor clear out. He also had to move our washing machine in order to access it, which he did alone (washing machines are heavy!). The price felt fair and competitive to market rate. I had a different plumber come give me a quote earlier, and after they found that I had an indoor clear out, they quoted me for clearing it out via removing a toilet, which would've cost twice as much, so I was quite satisfied with the pricing, especially given the urgency.
