Well organized, safety oriented, yet casual and friendly whenever possible. It feels like family. The driving schools are perfect for introducing someone not only to race track etiquette, but general car control on public roads. They have a class for every level of driver. Beginners are always welcome. The 2 day format allows plenty of time to absorb and practice. A bonus is that once you experience the controlled environment on a race track, your urge to speed on public roads all but vanishes. Perfect for those who have a lead foot! The time trials and race events are fiercely competitive on-track, but totally laid back in the pits. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, which is welcome after running with some other clubs. And rates are far lower than any other organizations of this caliber.

The end of the weekend graduation exercise with all the instructors was a true eye opening experience, I never would have never thought that I would be able to handle wheel to wheel.

It's loud, smelly (I personally like the smell of Methane in the air) and great fun! Little kids love to watch the bikes go round, big kids dream about being out there and others of us (who maybe know better or have to be able to go to work on Monday) just enjoy a night in the crisp air, the bright lights shinning onto the brave riders below. One tip: Avoid Harley-Davidson night as the crowds are much larger, the lines to get in and to get food much longer and the grandstands are almost at capacity. If you don't have a balance bike but have a toddler who wants to try it out, buy your USA BMX strider at the track (yes) at a discount with your USA BMX membership. All strider racers get a trophy.

I'm green in the hobby but I did do my due diligence and research before purchasing items with the staff. I know things can get hectic so do your research on their website. They have a rough blueprint on what things will be needed in the 1/10 scale drift buyers guide. Some small things and left out like a power lead to charge your batteries, so make sure to ask for that. Overall I have never got bad customer service. It has been very short with answers so I just do my best to get to the point with what I need/ ask what they recommend

Almost all of the people there were male adults, but the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, and sometimes female family members dropped by. My son rented an RC drift car with charged battery for $30. They said the battery may last about 45 minutes, but it ended up lasting an hour and a half! He then got a second battery for $10 and played another hour and a half. He had a great time! They have an impressive stock of cars and parts. There are two tracks--one for non-drift, and one for drift. The drift track was definitely the popular one with almost all customers there and only one or two at the other. Place was a little hard to find--no obvious signs, had to ask someone else. Entrance was at the corner of the building with subtle signage.
