My HiTech Sponsored F1 race car. I qualified 4 of 19 and was very pleased.

First Class Slot Car Raceway! I hung out racing the whole weekend for the 2023 Checkpoint Cup. What a blast!

I've been attending the AROSC events for nearly 20 years. You simply can't find a nicer group of…read morepeople to share a race track with. Well organized, safety oriented, yet casual and friendly whenever possible. It feels like family. The driving schools are perfect for introducing someone not only to race track etiquette, but general car control on public roads. They have a class for every level of driver. Beginners are always welcome. The 2 day format allows plenty of time to absorb and practice. A bonus is that once you experience the controlled environment on a race track, your urge to speed on public roads all but vanishes. Perfect for those who have a lead foot! The time trials and race events are fiercely competitive on-track, but totally laid back in the pits. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, which is welcome after running with some other clubs. And rates are far lower than any other organizations of this caliber.

AROSC has by far one of the best driving schools available. I learned at the school that NASA,…read moreVARA, SCCA, and others take the training from this school to enable for their provisional license. Not only did I learn a lot about technique, I gained valuable knowledge about situational awareness, how to exit my car in emergency situations and quite a few "on track" how too's. The instructors answered all of my questions with positive response, and used the questions in discussion. The end of the weekend graduation exercise with all the instructors was a true eye opening experience, I never would have never thought that I would be able to handle wheel to wheel.

The simulators and equipment were excellent, everything worked flawlessly, and it felt incredibly immersive. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful in getting everyone set up and making sure we had a great time throughout the session. Whether you're a serious sim racer or just looking for a fun group activity, this place is a fantastic choice. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The F4 car simulation felt incredibly close to what I'd imagine driving a real formula car would be like. The force feedback, handling, and overall immersion were on another level. As a complete novice, I was surprised to earn a 4-star rating in my first session and a 3-star rating during the F4 testing. Even more encouraging was the positive feedback from the instructor, who pointed out that I was already counter-steering some drifts naturally. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about racing. They made the experience fun while also helping me improve. This wasn't just a game--it felt like actual driver training. I'm already planning to come back and race against others. If you're into motorsports, sim racing, or just want to experience what driving a formula car feels like, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I'm green in the hobby but I did do my due diligence and research before purchasing items with the staff. I know things can get hectic so do your research on their website. They have a rough blueprint on what things will be needed in the 1/10 scale drift buyers guide. Some small things and left out like a power lead to charge your batteries, so make sure to ask for that. Overall I have never got bad customer service. It has been very short with answers so I just do my best to get to the point with what I need/ ask what they recommend

Almost all of the people there were male adults, but the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, and sometimes female family members dropped by. My son rented an RC drift car with charged battery for $30. They said the battery may last about 45 minutes, but it ended up lasting an hour and a half! He then got a second battery for $10 and played another hour and a half. He had a great time! They have an impressive stock of cars and parts. There are two tracks--one for non-drift, and one for drift. The drift track was definitely the popular one with almost all customers there and only one or two at the other. Place was a little hard to find--no obvious signs, had to ask someone else. Entrance was at the corner of the building with subtle signage.
