Parking was limited in front but there is more parking behind the building. Had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy the owner! Who was super kind and definitely has a love for the people who come and the collectors community! Everyone there was super nice and welcoming with good prices! The absolute highlight of my day was trading with David, who has a booth toward the left end of the entrance. He's such a sweet and genuine gentleman! I had the pleasure of trading Dodger bobbleheads with him! If you're into sports, retro games, or unique collectibles, this is definitely an intimate place to check out. It may be small, everyone here has a lot of heart for collecting which honestly made the experience of trading and collecting feel even more special.

I understood that ordering chocolate without expedited shipping was a risk, but I never expected frozen items to be shipped with absolutely no ice packs or cooling materials. The frozen chocolate-covered raspberries arrived completely thawed and ruined. The biggest disappointment, however, was that the package looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made, but they should be comparable to the original items. Instead, a $160 whiskey gift basket advertised in a crate arrived in a simple basket wrapped in cellophane. The bottle of whiskey was covered in a cheap white plastic shipping bag, and random substitutions like gummy bears and trail mix made the entire gift look inexpensive and poorly put together. This was meant to be a professional gift, and it was embarrassing. When our boss opened it, his first words were, "What the hell is this?" That alone tells you how far off the product was from what was advertised. Customer service's solution was even more disappointing. They offered to refund only half the cost of the ruined raspberries--about $5--on a $160 order that was nothing like the product I purchased. Yes, I should have read every detail of the fine print more carefully, but the photos speak for themselves. This experience was a huge disappointment, incredibly embarrassing, and I would never order from this company again.

Went into this location that my family regularly frequent. On this day it was me and my 6yr old…read moredaughter. Before shopping, she had to use the restroom and just before we went in there we smelled a horrific scent. My eyes immediately began to burn. I wanted to share this info with the manager but I decided to ask the two female representatives standing right outside the restroom first. I asked them if they had any air freshener because unfortunately it smelled terrible. They both said no to my question. I asked to speak with the manager on duty because I wanted the store aware of what was going on in the ladies restroom. While we waited, a male customer began to antagonize me when I asked one of the female employee's how to spell her name. He said a bunch of nonsense that I don't think is necessary to repeat because he was not an employee. Anyway, I wanted to report the foul odor to a supervisor, that's why I wanted to get the spelling right. I did not feel like this was a safe space for my daughter nor me. Moral of the story, I chose not to endanger my kid nor my family to such unnecessary nonsense. I reported this issue to security and I told him I would share my experience through yelp and he thanked me. He said they have asked corporate to do something about the restrooms and nothing has been done yet. Wow!!!!!! If you see something wrong, report it. It may save someone's daughter from unnecessary toxic and the parent from unnecessary confrontation with customers. Every voice matters.
