We absolutely love the staff here. We have a great experience every time. We appreciate that we can trust them and don't try to get scammed like at O'Reillys (they tested our battery told us it needed to be replaced. We paid $400 for a new battery and then when we switched them out we tested the old one again and found out it was still 70% life in it. (Then they lied about it) and we had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund). As a woman, I appreciate being able to come to the auto store and feel comfortable. Today Vishal helped me out, and I felt SO respected and helped. He was so professional and kind. Very impressed with him and this stores hiring manager. Vishal gave me so much good information that I didn't even know I needed about my oil. Highly recommend!

Not only did they grossly overcharge me for basic repairs, but they also botched the job so badly that my car left in worse shape than when I brought it in! I was quoted one price, then suddenly hit with hidden fees and mysterious charges that magically appeared when it was time to pay. When I questioned them, they gave me the runaround and refused to offer a clear explanation. Oh, they're full of smiles, handshakes, free hats/stickers, and tons of automotive jargon. But all the niceties disappear quickly when the bill arrives, and they refuse to explain line items or berate you for even asking. Speaking of the bill, as other reviews have comment they requested payment prior to pick up over the phone. Who does that? Save yourself the frustration, the financial hit, and the headaches -- go anywhere else! This shop has questionable integrity and shady business practices.

I called about some automotive double back tape to put some trim on my Tundra. The guy that took my…read morecall was named John I believe (I think he was the mgr) and he gave me my choice between a 15' roll and a 60' roll. I said I'd like the 15' roll and he had to order it from his warehouse or another store, but promised it would be there the next day. So I went in the next day and he said they no longer carried the 15' roll but that I could take the 60' roll he had in-store and bring back what I didn't use. That roll is about $35 with tax, but he didn't even ask my name, just said bring back what I didn't use. So I used about 12' and brought the remainder back to WESCO a couple hours later and told him to charge me for 15' as that is what I had asked for originally. He refused to charge me at all and said he would just write the rest off for store use. Can you believe that? What a great guy. What a great store. I will definitely shop there in the future!
