Autozone has the small tools needed to open the key fob since it's a very small screw. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly! We met up with Jose who was humorous! He inputted the battery for FREE!! Unfortunately they didn't have anymore batteries here but we will be back and owe him some tacos! Hahaha Jose is so nice and helpful! Please keep him! But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me. I don't matter to Wesco because I'm not a customer, a supplier or even a car enthusiast and yesterday Wesco illustrated to me their corporate culture does not include treating those who don't matter with respect. Here's what brought me to that conclusion. Yesterday a Wesco Sprinter Van caused $3,000 of damage to my parked car. Because I was parked and not in my car the fault was theirs and not disputed. The driver was nice enough but obviously had no training in what to do when he ran into a stranger's car. Eventually he called his manager who came to the parking lot, looked at the car and left to "make a call". At this point I called Wesco's insurance agency and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours until I heard from them. Seeing as I was now without a car through no fault of my own I called the local manager back to see what he'd found out and was told he'd "faxed corporate". My next question was when would I be contacted and he didn't know. I then had to ask multiple times to be given the name and number of his contact at corporate. I called her and explained the situation and the problems it would cause me and my business if I didn't have a car. She too said her hands were tied and I had to wait for the insurance company which might not be until tomorrow. That was not acceptable to me and I said as much. After expressing my frustration she agreed to try to expedite the process. I was eventually called by the broker who sold Wesco their policy and after he displayed the same hoe hum attitude and I gave the same "that's unacceptable" response he was bale to figure out where I needed to take my car and how to get me a rental. This took 2 and half hours and the only reason a solution to my problem was provided was because I was proactive in demanding it. With regards to the type of community member Wesco claims to be on their website they're proud to say this, "We are happy to and are proud of the effort we put into giving back to our communities." I'm a member of this community and Wesco had no problem treating me like I don't matter and the inconvenience they caused me wasn't a concern because I don't matter. For those of you who do matter to Wesco I'd ask you to think about the people you're giving your money to and if they operate in manner you find acceptable? I'm sure they want your money and treat you well but how do they treat your customers and what will it say to those customers when they see a Wesco truck delivering to your facility?

Never were we told if this doesn't work it might be this exc. So out $3000 as they threw parts at it hoping it would solve whatever is happening. Horrible about service as the vehicle is not safely drivable and nothing has changed. Horrible about communication. Diagnosis is not throwing parts at the owners expense. We have been a repeat customer of this business. I never cared for how they operated in the service department. This is my husband's rig. I am appalled as I use another dealership/different brand who treats my vehicle and me professionally. Advanced auto parts on evergreen way has a huge parking lot. So if you have to tinker with your car a little, that one has plenty of space. I forgot my wallet! But luckily I was able to pay with Apple Pay, thank goodness.

Review of the separate M-B Sprinter Van repair center: First know that my van had a back country…read moreaftermarket build out by a top van outfitter. And that the M-B van maintenance center in Lynnwood is a separate facility from the main dealership on the same road but on the other side (east) of highway 99 a few blocks north and set back from the highway with a sign that is visible but not real large or prominent early on a dark winter morning. I arrived before they opened and they opened promptly at 8AM. My experience was superlative. The service advisor Scott was very considerate and upbeat and a great help. We discussed options for maintenance and he explained their policies and that of M-B and he was very candid about the best options for me. The mechanic Kevin was very thorough and made great suggestions for dealing with our relatively new camper van that has a lot of professional modifications. I was called in a few times from the waiting room to confer with him and learned some valuable tips about the complex systems of the van. He cleared some codes in the electronic system that my scanner could not deal with and they have not reoccurred. The parts department was helpful in identifying some minor parts I needed. The waiting room was comfortable with beverages and snacks. M-B are not cheap to own and maintain but are worth it in my opinion and I will return again to M-B if Lynnwood Van center. I often do my own vehicle maintenance and modifications as I do not trust most domestic and foreign car dealers for even simple tasks. Some can even screw up a simple oil change or tire rotation. But I fully trust the team at M-B of Lynnwood Van as they clearly know their business and are there to help with courtesy. I shopped for vehicles at other M-B dealers in Western Washington but recommend Lynnwood M-B Van center above all others!

It opened a crack and we pushed it up with a lot of effort. It was supposed to be an electronic release. The vehicle obviously was in an accident, Infiniti bought it, didn't make repairs and tried to sell it. Then they gave us sales numbers with no discount for needed repairs and add on numbers for who knows what and an awful interest rate. Fast forward 3 days to Tuesday and Rey told us that it was back and we told him that we both had appointments on Wednesday so we set up to see it Thursday. Rey came back with Thursday was probably better so that he could make sure it was all cleaned up for us. We decided to swing by on Wednesday afternoon and check to see if it may have been ready early and to our surprise when we arrived it was parked right in front of the dealership. I went inside and they gave me the keys to check it out, I grabbed the wife out of our car (it was pouring down rain) she jumped in the car and I went inside to give my license so that I could test drive it. That's where it all went off the rails. I was informed that it was being sold as I was standing there with the keys in my pocket. I was furious and tried to plead my case with the on premises salesman that I was talking to at the dealership and he started getting indignant with me. A manager came out to cool things off.
