They have parts that even the dealers don't have. We found this out when we were on a month long road trip. They saved our trip!

Great customer service. I had a dead motorcycle battery and they suggested I bring in and they would charge the battery at no charge.

Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Offered tips and advice just to be helpful, not to get a sale.

These guys are the greatest…read more Went in to the store to get a replacement battery for my sister's Hyundai, which I had driven there. They have my battery, bypass the core fee since I'm going to pull the battery and swap it there in the lot. They offer me the tools to do the job, but I explain I don't need them. Yeah right. Back in I go and they share the tools I need. Battery swapped, core returned, boom boom -- all done. All with great customer service, jokes and smiles. Did I say these guys are great?!

If I could, I'd give it no stars I would, I went in tonight and there was a lady working, I forgot…read moreher name (she was Mexican I believe with long hair, a face that says I hate my job and life) but she closed with a very very helpful coworker (older man) anyways, I needed a headlight for two different cars. I had assumed I could go in with just the make and model and year of the car and they could help find the part... WRONG!!! She demanded I give the license plate number refusing to even search by the make model year, saying that if I don't have the license plate she can't really help me, so I give her my plate since I know that one (not the other) and she claims I gave the wrong plate number (mind you my car was right outside and you could read it from the window) then she retyped it and says "good job that's correct" like I'm some little kid, then asked which light I need, I'll be honest I didn't know low Beam or high beam and I said the light just don't turn on, thinking that would narrow it down (again I've never changed headlights) anyways she then gets mad at me for not knowing and says "it's not that hard to know just turn your light on" again my light doesn't turn on, at that point I gave up and asked ChatGPT for help and within a minute I got the answers and was able to find the parts, when I went to the register the older gentleman was open so I went to him because I refused to get help from her again, and when I walked up he was super respectful, I asked if the light didn't fit could I return and he took the time to go out and remove my headlight, check the part number to confirm I was getting the correct one and then helped me replace the headlight and make sure it was working correctly, then proceeded to give me the part number to put in my glove box for future reference, he then went and checked to confirm the light I was getting for the second car was correct and when i mentioned I didn't have the plate number he said it didn't matter I just needed to know the make, within 4 clicks on his computer he was able to confirm the part was correct. I was extremely disappointed going in tonight being disrespected and to be honest felt like I was made to feel stupid for not knowing the parts numbers I needed and the plate numbers for a car. But when the older gentleman helped it made the visit a little better, I wish I got his name because he was absolutely amazing and respectful and I wish I got her name because I highly recommend NOT going in when she is working and to go to another location, if I was able to I would have left instantly.

I have bought eight or possibly more, no fewer, batteries from Dyno. I purchase them for one reason…read moremore than any other, quality. If one were interested in proving the point simply take a Dyno battery and a battery from any other supplier such as those through O'Reilly Auto Parts. The O'Reilly are good enough but Dyno are better. Simply weigh each and you will find the Dyno battery about 20% heavier. That is due to Dino's use of more lead. That means you can run down each the same amount and the Dyno Battery will have a reserve of power not available in the O'Reilly battery. There is a reason why all of the fisherman going up the inner passage to the Alaska fisheries use Dyno. Running out of juice in a storm might mean the ship will founder. Where a fisherman's life depends upon the battery, fisherman trust the Dyno battery. The service is far better too. Relative to my own car, a Subaru Legacy, for example, the owner, Mark Allen Knowlton noticed that the battery shelf in my car was appropriate for a 27 series battery despite the manual indicating the lesser 24 series battery was the recommended battery. He recommended I move up to the larger battery though they were relatively close in price. The only difference between the two series is that the 27 has more cells, thus, more cranking capacity though otherwise they are the same, i.e,, the same voltage. This winter, I have noticed the difference. This extra cranking amperage is a big deal when it is cold out. The 27 catches quicker, charges more fully, and assures the start up fuel charge is more consistent with the designed charge because the injectors have full power despite the cranking voltage drain. Far better for the engine and more likely to start immediately. Good for older cars especially. All in all Dyno has all my family's battery business.

I have been a happy Dyno battery customer for some time so when I had an issue with a two-year-old…read more 4D starter battery, I brought the battery to their Seattle office. They immediately did a thorough job inspecting and testing the battery with no evidence of any issues with the battery and confirmed it was producing over 960 CCA which was great for it's age and use. I was really surprised they swapped my old battery and sent me home with a new 4D starter battery for no charge. The new battery is working perfectly and I wanted to call out a company that stands behind it's products which is becoming so rare nowadays. Great job and thank you Dyno Battery team.
