After all of that the other shop didn't even finish my bike, it still had issues. I explained my situation to the guys here and they were able to help me out immediately. They were able to get my bike on the lift incredibly quick and I got the bike the same day like 2 hours later. They looked over some other things too as they knew the work from the other shop was pretty lousy and were able to fix a few small things too. When I got the bike back the bill was pretty much right on the quote which was something I was a little worried about since I already spent so much at the other place. They gave me a ton of valuable advice about my bike and motorcycles in general as this bike is my first one. They both were super genuine and friendly throughout my entire experience. If you have a Harley, especially if it's a custom bike like mine, I would take it here.

To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. We spoke briefly over the phone and they guaranteed me that they could do it. I am always cautious about new shops or people I don't know especially when it comes to wheels and tires. I drove in, they told me about 2 hours, but they were actually done in about an hour. I was amazed. They charge about 50 to 60% LESS than what Harley wanted and Harley wont put any non OEM part on your bike. They even gave me some maintenance info for my bike. These guys are actual certified Harley Mechanics. Between the two of them they have about 45 years of experience. I would definitely trust them with my bike and I will not take my bike to any Harley dealer without calling them first.

The price was really good, and I'm in love with the sound of my new exhaust. I couldn't install it myself haha so I'm really satisfied. Gave my bike the full service inspection, identified the issues, found the parts and told me exactly what I needed to do to nurse her back to health. He is like a motorcycle wizard.
