James was able to get my system up and running and tested so that everything was working and functioning properly. I'm grateful for his attention to detail, cheerful attitude and professionalism. It has been almost a year since the installation and it has performed flawlessly with the exception of the Xfinity thermostat which had some software glitches from Carrier that were resolved. This is a high end system and it works as I envisioned and has many options available through the thermostat that must be learned. I am having a whole house humidifier installed that will be controlled through the thermostat that will help with the air quality and efficiency. The installation was done professionally and correctly. The glitches were addressed quickly and properly. The installation technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. My heating and cooling costs are less even with Duke Energy's incessant rate hikes. I would recommend this company to anyone from a lower end budget customer to a high end.

It finally turned into an iceberg in mid-November during the cold snap (reversing valve sensor inop). It took a couple visits to diagnose, acquire parts, and fix all the issues, and Doug's team kept us updated on progress throughout. However, the best part was when James asked if the unit was still under warranty. We checked and it was, with only two weeks remaining on the covered period! So all the parts were covered and the work was completed before the deadline. Considering how much time they spent I was very pleased with the final bill. We needed a crane for one job, and Hollifield arranged getting to the site early and even let us use the crane to move a new skylight for a roofing crew too. Our two new heat pumps, air handlers, one mini-split and a repair on an older system all went flawlessly. I especially liked that Spencer answered calls quickly and was willing to let me double check sizing, ask lots of questions, and he even helped us out with troubleshooting some problems outside the scope of our hvac jobs.
