This place is our favorite and most trusted shop for oil changes and other car issues, inspections, etc. We have been frequenting Pit Stop Xpress for probably 15 years now. To be clear- I am a woman. I am ALWAYS treated with respect and have never even had a fleeting thought about discrimination, experienced condescending attitudes, or was given poor service. (I say all of that in response to a review I read which stated extremely negative comments about the PSX guys and the way they treat women. Honestly, that cannot be farther from the truth!) My husband regularly sends me to Pit Stop Xpress BECAUSE he trusts those guys. Andy and his crew are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Every. Time. We have older vehicles which require much more maintenance than most. The PSX guys are the first ones we turn to when we have questions or need assistance. Of our four children, three of them are girls. Our eldest daughter will be getting her license this year. I can guarantee she will be taking whatever vehicle she is driving to these guys. Andy and the crew at Pit Stop Xpress give top-notch service. I visited this shop for a modified 30,000 mile service. Andy reviewed all the recommended services with me and helped me to make an educated decision about what services I could afford to do/not do. I was treated with respect and really felt like they were honest and took the time to educate me on my options. The work was done quickly and I was offered both a free car wash from a neighboring business and a rebate on the oil/parts I purchased. These guys were great. As a woman (with a 22-mo. old in tow), they were respectful, polite and accommodating. I will definitely go back and recommend them to friends. read more

When I called they said it will only take 15 min but it actually took a little over half an hour. They sold me on a cabin air filter and tried to over charge me by $15 at checkout, when I caught their mistake they seemed aggravated. read more

These guys are great and go above and beyond. They helped me fix a faulty relay for free and even advised me where to get the part. All done as they changed the oil in my car. Ford would have charged $100 just to diagnose the problem and then an additional $50 for the part. They did it for free and the part cost $11 at a nearby autoshop. read more

I created a yelp account just to post about how great this place is! I've been taking my car here for my past few oil changes and inspections. These guys are fast! Ten minute inspections, 15 minute oil changes at pretty much the same price you would pay anywhere. What compelled me to write this review was how honest they are. I was about to go to my dealership to deal with a check engine light, but I took it here because I couldn't get an appointment with the dealership that day. The owner himself along with the techs ran diagnostics (for free) and determined it was something fixable that day. Keep in mind this was only 1 hour before closing. Within that hour the owner called in for a part delivery and installed it all for $40. All the employees seem to really respect and look up to the owner. This is the first time I have ever left an auto repair shop feeling good! I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I have been a very satisfied customer for a couple of years. Andy and the guys at Pitstop Xpress are always on top of any maintenance issues that I have. They are great mechanics! Not only do they do all my oil changes and inspections, but they have done brake work, A/C work, changed out parts. Always honest and never trying to take advantage of me. I visited Pit Stop Express for the first time today, and I will never go anywhere else. I went for a state inspection. The technician recognized that my current inspection had not expired yet. He declined to inspect it, and have me directions to the closest location to renew my registration. He even accessed my records from the state database and printed a copy of my inspection to take with me! Then he invited me to come back an offered to remove the old stickers and goo an put the new one on for me! Talk about service! Everyone who wants an honest and helpful vendor should come here! read more

We have had no issues with this establishment until my husband went in for an oil change and inspection. They broke is gas cup and the plastic wire that attached it to the car. My husband questioned then about it and they tried to manipulate the situation by telling him the car was old and these things happen. Instead of trying to provide customer service and tell him they would replace the cap that they broke while doing the inspection. After sometime arguing about it the owner succumbed and told him he would order the part. I went to pick up the part today and instead of letting it be. An employee called Travis had to tell me how my husband did not need to get that upset about a plastic cap. I walked away with no comment. This shop needs to have training on customer service and proper communications skills with customers in their shop. I will never return back and will make sure all my peers know of the rude employees and owner. There is a new place just 500 feet from them that the employees and owner are wonderful and go beyond their way to help their customers. read more
