These guys are great. I took my car in for an inspection ignorer to renew my tags. I asked about an oil change since I usually have it done in May. They did the inspection very quickly considering I was a "drop in". Then they showed me how clean my oil was & said I didn't need an oil change yet. They suggested that I drive "another 1,000 miles or 2,000" before I change it. Wow- that's honest. They could've changed it & made the $$, but instead they were HONEST. On May 10th, 2024, Juan and his team placed paper napkins on top of my cabin air filter when I refused services they were trying to upsell me on. I was informed of this when I got my next service done at Toyota. I specifically and directly asked for an oil change, nothing more. Why were my filters touched in the first place? I knew they had been replaced during a more recent service, and not only was my request denied... but napkins were placed on top of my cabin filter in retaliation. During an email exchange, Ryan, the owner, claims video proof that this was an "accident"... while also being completely unwilling to provide said video footage via email... He has shown absolutely zero remorse or attempt to be apologetic... instead implying that because I left my A/C on that this was somehow MY FAULT. I cannot make this stuff up. I have all the screenshots. I have attached a few. I have even gone so far as to try to set up a time to see the video myself in person... but I have not heard a single thing back. I will just have to show up, I guess. ‍ RUN FAST AND FAR from this place if you have the chance. 0 stars. read more

This place can change the CVT transmission fluid as well as changing oil. They are fast and their prices are good. They have Amsoil full synthetic oil. They also use Amsoil CVT transmission fluid. Good place. I have had nothing less than consistent top notch service here. read more

Ok wow is a weird word to use for an express lube place but WOW! My husband usually takes care of the car situations but he was out of town today so it left me to get the inspection done on our vehicle. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced but here's where the WOW comes in at. We all have been to an oil change place where they always tell you your air filter needs to be changed. One time I actually suspect an different oil change place dirtied my air filter to try and get me to spend money on a new one. So I'm sitting in the waiting area with this other customer and the mechanic comes in with the guys air filter and says, hey man, your air filter looks good and you shouldn't need to replace it. The air filter you could tell was used and the mechanic could have gave the guy a song and dance but he didn't. Then the mechanic says, there's a recommended service for the mileage you have (he told him what it was but I do t remember what it was). The mechanic said it would be $119 but if the guy wanted to wait, they would just put it on the check next oil change list. When I say there was no pressure, there was no pressure. I can see why my husband told me not to take the car anywhere but here! They have the utmost honesty and integrity and that is priceless! read more

This place rocks!!! Fast and friendly service. I was expecting to be here for over an hour to get my car inspected. I was prepared for an especially long time since this is one of the few places open on Sunday. To my surprise, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It also takes them about 20 minutes each to give an oil change or flush out your coolant. read more

They were great! When I first got there They saw I had a lug nut missing on my car and told me I would need one to pass my inspection. I ran to Autozone and came back and the inspection took maybe 10 minutes. They were honest about stuff that I might need to have done soon, and I didn't feel any pressure or feel like I was being swindled to get more work on my car. I had had waited too long to get an oil change, and on my way home from work at 6:45pm oil light comes on, I panic bc me and my kid are driving to Houston early the next morning before any service stations are open. So I drove up to this station 10 min before they close at 7, Dirk was so kind and did my oil change in 10 minutes! This review is for the amazing service I receive at this location. Been going here for a few years now for my oil change and state inspection and they've always had me in and out quickly. This 5 star review is based on my most recent visit. I had my oil changed about a week ago and started to notice oil leaking from my car pretty steadily. I called them at 4:52 on a sunday hoping someone was still there and would answer my call. I got through to someone and explained the problem. We were in White Settlement at our storage unit and my husband told them we would fill it up with oil and bring it in. Instead, they insisted on coming to us. I forget their names, but 2 gentlemen drive all the way from Euless to White Settlement after hours to look at my car. Thankfully my hubby already had my car on a ramp. The guys came and looked at it and found a part missing off my oil filter. They replaced it and refilled my car with oil. They also took us to a car wash and sprayed down the under carriage to get the oil off. If this isn't exceptional customer service, I don't know what is! I will continue to come here as needed because they care about with customers and it shows! Thanks guys, I appreciate it!! read more

Went here for an oil change recently. I read reviews and Lonestar Lube gets consistently good reviews so I decided to try it. I agree with the rest of the good reviews. The service was great. They already knew what kind of oil my nissan needs. I did not have to explain anything or argue about anything. I told them to change the air filter and they did. They put 35 pounds of air in the tires all the way around just like I wanted. They were done in about 15 minutes. I will most certainly keep coming back here. read more

I needed a oil and filter change but I didn't want to wait for hours to get it done. I remember seeing this business several times that I had passed by it. I went to the location and there was not a long line so that was good. I pulled in the stall and they had several employees working on the oil change process. I was setting in the waiting room when they told a gentleman that he would get his American Airline discount. The same gentleman came to me and said I see you are a AA employee and you get a discount on everything as well. I was so happy, I didn't have to wait long, had great service.
