I really enjoyed the food here. I ordered the gyro plate with cucumber and rice. It also came with hummus and pita. I had a craving and it definitely hit the spot. The workers were friendly here. Restaurant could use an upgrade but it's good enough for a quick lunch.

Walked in immediately greeted. There were several options . Played it safe for our first time . We ordered the gyro special and the daily special . Definitely enjoyed everything and will be back to explore the some other options

We are visiting ohio for festival & found this restaurant that seemed promising! We informed the staff it was our first time and he was super helpful describing difference between their bowl and plate. He had great suggestions on what to get and try. He even gave us free drinks since it was our first time! The place was clean and there is plenty of seating. The plate and bowl were super filling. The pita bread was nice and warm (not hard like other places). The chicken was seasoned well. EVERYTHING was great!! Would 10/10 recommend for a simple and delicious meal.

I called ahead to place my order however the guy said I still might have to walk when I came in. My order wasn't ready when I got there and waited about 10minutes for it. Employees were very pleasant and I didn't mind waiting. Our order was delicious and it was worth the wait!

How have I not left a review for this place?!!?! I live in the neighborhood and this is my go-to healthy lunch spot. I absolutely love Shawarma. It's like an independent food group in my diet. The staff is sweet, family owned and super delish. I'm a regular and highly recommend!

First time coming in. Everything was super fresh and tasty! Definitely a great spot in bexley.

I think that this would have been a five star review if there was more than one worker when we went to get takeout. It was early evening on a Wednesday, before there was a dinner rush, but you would think there would be more than one worker. We felt bad for the guy that was working - he was taking orders inside, taking takeout orders and cooking all the food on his own. All that being said - he did a pretty darn good job! The three of us ordered the chicken shwarma and the feta fries. Everything was delicious- problem was we got curry chicken instead of the chicken shwarma and none of our pita pockets were toasted. We weren't that surprised because of the stress on one employee. The feta fries...OH MY WORD!! Yum! Thank goodness we only ordered one order for the three of us. It is big enough for a meal! We will definitely come back to the Pita House. Hopefully more people will be working :)

Pita House is yet another great Greek and Mediterranean restaurant in Columbus. It has the usual stuff but it's better than most. The owners are good to new customers and happy to help you. It has several good combo meals. The prices aren't bad either. I like the falafel platter the best. It's about $9 which is good for all the food. The platters come with hummus and a choice of two sides. Among the best sides are the baba ghannouch and tabbouli, but they're all good. The falafel was crispy and they actually give you a good amount and not just a few like many places. It came with a container of extremely good tahini sauce, which was kind of runny but the taste was so good. The falafel was filling enough just by itself. As for the sides they kicked ass. The baba ghannouch was the perfect texture of being kind of chunky but smooth enough. Many places have great hummus but this is one of the best. The hummus is topped by some whole chickpeas and olive oil. If there was any problem it would be that it didn't come with enough bread. The pita bread was good but more of it was needed but that's it. I for sure will get something again from Pita House again. It's on Broad Street so it's convenient for bus riders. There's many great Mediterranean restaurants in Columbus but this could be the best yet.

I started with the Cauliflower Tahini Soup, followed by a build-your-own salad bowl, a Chocolate Chip Cookie, and a Minty Pink Lemonade. The soup had a rich, creamy texture, though I found it a little too salty for my taste. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I loaded up my salad bowl with lentils and rice, mixed greens, hummus, baba ghanoush, crispy onions, pita bread, chicken shawarma, brisket, sweet beets, pickled cucumbers, pickled radish, pickled cabbage, cauliflower tabbouleh, marinated eggplant, and finished it with Brassica's roasted garlic sauce and tahini. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and full of contrasting textures. The combination of crisp vegetables, savory proteins, and creamy spreads made for a hearty, satisfying meal that kept me full long after lunch. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was exactly how I like it--crispy around the edges with a slightly well-done finish and plenty of chocolate in every bite. To wash it all down, the Minty Pink Lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing, complementing the bold Mediterranean flavors beautifully. Overall, Brassica is a great option for a quick, customizable meal made with fresh ingredients. While the soup wasn't my favorite, I'd happily return to build another salad and try more items from the menu.
