The atmosphere is just awful. As a person who voted for Trump I think it's highly inappropriate to promote political things in your establishment. RUDEST workers I've ever met. They also have what looks like a 9 year old boy running the counter and helping them with their online orders when he should be at school. Found a long blonde hair in my fire philly. Ordered the Fried Cajun Chicken Hoagie, it was pretty good but extremely messy. Probably would be better with grilled chicken,though. While the sandwich comes with fries, I ordered the Philly Fries and they were outstanding! Another plus is they offer Pepsi products! I have always ordered from this place and every time there is always something wrong. I never call and complain but this last time I asked for no onions cause my husband is allergic to onions and when he started to eat his steakhouse pita, he noticed there was onions! I called and the only thing I get is ok?! I will never order from this place again! I just can't give this place 5 stars but 4 is pretty good far as my ratings go. Went in to get a Gyro Pita after my coworker told me it was pretty good. Most of my followers and people who know me..know I love me a good Gyro in general, so I was up to checking this restaurant out. It's nothing fancy inside but it serves it's purpose. You order at the counter with a fairly decent menu options. There's something for everyone. Nothing is super clean around here because the environment outside is pretty muddy and dusty so don't be surprised when you see dust in the air. I think some of that made it's way to the inside of this place. BUT....I decided to stay and eat. A few people were there before me were waiting for their order and I had asked them how they liked the place. Apparently they go there often and were telling me which items are good to try which I just might in the near future. There's an outdoor seating area but the issue with that is it has to be warm enough first to sit outside. Keep in mind this place is a dust bowl so when it's dry outside the air isn't clean. I would never eat outdoors here unless this town somehow finds a way to clean itself. (Ain't happening' in the near or far future). Definitely another pretty good establishment to eat if you like this kind of food. I'm sure seating will be an issue if they get really busy at lunch or dinner time. There is a flat panel TV on the wall but when the sunlight comes into the shop, you can be blinded by the brightness so I spent my time talking to another patron who was eating and enjoying his meal. This place is disgusting! I used to think those Kitchen Nightmare shows were staged and no one really is that dirty with their restaurants. Then I came to Pita Palace. This place is FILTHY GROSS DISGUSTING!!! I should of walked out when I saw how dirty the staff and the dining area was. But we gave them a try. We want to support local places. What a mistake that was! We are about 99% sure they served us expired, rotten meat. Even the veggies were mushy, soggy and old. I really do not understand how anyone could give this place 5 stars, based on how filthy the dining area is alone!! People of Williston must have REALLY LOW standards for their restaurants. I would be ashamed to serve people food in such a disgusting place. The floors were sticky, the dining tables were sticky, there is mold, water stains on the ceiling and damages all over the inside of the place. How on Earth could anyone give this place 5 stars??!? Cleanliness is VERY important to a good restaurant. This place looks like it has not been cleaned once since they opened it. Shame on the owners. read more

Oh how yummy the food! And the serving sizes are huge--which means great leftovers! The delivery though. The driver called me about my address-- that's ok, I'm not good with directions but do the best I can--he's telling me that my address is in a different street number. 3 star review. First the location could definitely use a face lift. I felt as if anything I touched would be sticky. But the staff did seem friendly and you were able to see into the kitchen which is always a plus. Do not confuse this with an actual Pita joint where you would expect to find healthy options. When I went in I was severely disappointed in the options of veggies. I would not recommend this restaurant as Vegan friendly or Vegetarian for that matter. The only option for a veggie pita consisted of lettuce, Green peppers, onion, black olives, feta cheese, guacamole, with a feta vinaigrette. ($8.19) The only options for non-dairy sauces were mustard, honey mustard, ketchup, guacamole, barbecue mustard, and horseradish. They do have a few sides to fit the veg lifestyle, pita and hummus, french fries - which were beer battered and absolutely delicious but I can't say for sure they were Vegan. read more

I am sorry but that is not a Pita. It is flatbread. I hate it when a food is miss represented. A pita is lighter in density and has a slit in it. It is stuffed with fresh ingredients. This is a FLATBREAD shack. While the food is decent tasting, the "gyro" does not have real gyro meat, roasted on a spit and shaved and juicy. It's basically just sliced beef there, like you might find anywhere, subway even. Absolutely unauthentic and charging too much for the quality of the ingredients. Therefore, I'd rather go to the 3 Amigos/Franks joint down the street and eat more, and less expensive fresh grilled flatbread sammies with good quality ingredients and well made sauces and salsas to choose from. I just hate it when a restaurant tries to sell their food with very miss-represented names/ingredients and isn't even authentic. Just my opinion. read more

I have driven by the Pita Palace on several occasions and have been tempted to stop in and check it out. Usually I am very hungry when I am passing by, but the name Pita Palace didn't sound too filling to me. So, until recently, I have kept on going in order to find an establishment with a heartier selection. Well, I finally stopped in and I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't exactly look like a palace from the outside, but it is a little nicer on the inside. When I looked up at the menu on the wall, there was more of a selection than I expected... most of the items on the list sounded quite appetizing. I was in the mood for something spicy, so I went with the "Fire Philly." It was a pita with prime rib, mushrooms,onions, red and green peppers, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeños. My friend went with the Turkey Bacon Apple (turkey, bacon, apple, pepper jack, tomatoes, lettuce, raspberry vinaigrette) and was very pleased with his selection. When they brought out our pitas, they were piping hot and much larger than I expected. It wasn't small and light as I expected it to be, but turned out to be quite filling. The flavor was very good and satisfied my craving for something spicy. I will definitely try to make it back to the Pita Palace to sample some more of their wares. read more

Good gyros, crispy fries. Definitely a local business I'll continue to support. On deliveries, it'd be nice to have the sauce on the side and fresh pita bread separate from the foil-wrapped goods. A 45 minute wait for delivery in Williston is no problem to me...but I'd rather throw the ingredients together when it arrives if it helps avoid eating a slightly soggy/lukewarm gyro. The fries were cooked well. They do seem to prepare everything to order. Lastly, it's a limited service restaurant. I've been out here working for and had to run to Williston for parts. I stopped in and knew right away it was going to be good. A well used building with a small kitchen full of people pumping food out of it. I ordered the gyro. I don't even like gyros. And the Mediterranean fries.
