Jessica is on fire!!! Love her! Traveling through the beautiful state, my girlfriend decides it was a great idea to leave my brand new Wayfarer Ray-bans at our table. Didn't realize until we were all the way in Ashland about the mysterious disappearance of the beloved opticals. Gave them a call and worry no more. Huge shout out to the front line staff for picking them up and Jessica for mailing the glasses to their rightful owner. We are now "reunited and it feels so good" (singing voice) If you're in the area give Jessica a high five and order the special jalapeño southwest pita. It's life changing. read more

Not sure if there are new owners or something but things have changed. Today my husband ordered a chicken Cesar pita and got the smallest little portion of meat! Now he won't go back. I'm sad because it is a healthier alternative to fast food but if a person is still hungry after eating then it kinda defeats the whole purpose read more

I freaking love this place. Great service and lots of options (including healthy ones). I don't do "fast food" which is often inconvenient so I love having Pita Pita as an option. This is my go to meal when I am in the area. And they also have a frequent buyer card, after so many you get a free one! read more

Great food. The music they play (though great), is incredibly LOUD! Could barely hear the girl making my sandwich and had a hard time having a conversation with my son sitting across the table. Also started giving me a headache half way through my delicious meal. This coming from someone who listens to her music loud! read more

The staff was very rude. We had never been to Pita Pit and were trying to decide and the girl behind the counter was getting annoyed. Then when we ordered she got pissed off that we needed them on 2 separate checks. This is my go-to place when I want to eat something wholesome and delicious. They have everything you could want in a pita and the workers are always friendly! The chicken caesar is BOMB. They also have a points system on a card that you can swipe and once it adds up to a certain amount you can exchange your points for free food! Service can be a little slow when they're busy but you can't rush perfection, right? They also deliver if you're getting at least 2 pitas and they're open late. Love this place! read more

How can you go wrong when you get to choose your own ingredients from dozens of choices laid out in a buffet right before your very eyes. Great sauces, meats, avocado and hummus are all optional additions that can get wrapped up in a fresh pita. We came on a Friday night so any pita was just $5, so it was a bargain to eat here as well. I was just recently introduced to this amazing new chain, however this was my first visit to this location. Although they have a VERY friendly staff, it is also a very young & inexperienced staff. Cross contamination to the extreme! Unfortunately I came during what appeared to be high school lunch break, so I stood in line for 13 minutes watching pitas being made by the dozens, all while gloves were used one after another, after another, without being changed. The young lady on the grill warming the meat, would slide the necessary portion onto each pita, using the same spatula which was dragged across people's "sauces" then returned to flip & chop others meat. Because of allergies I was particularly cringing. The cutting boards that the pitas were assembled on were not wiped down in between each order, nor were the orders made on a sheet of paper to protect from cross contamination. Just as my pita was about to be slid through mustard & mayonnaise (which I do not car from a previous order, I politely asked the young lady to please not do so. Again, the entire staff was adorable sweet & all wore smiles on the faces as if they were enjoying their jobs, and they provided great customer service. However I will choose a different location, or somewhere else to eat next time I'm searching for lunch. With as strict as most restaurants are with cross contamination, I am really surprised this location doesn't have a manager on staff, or better training. First time I ate here or any "Pita Pit" for that matter. I was not impressed. The Chicken was still cold and felt rubbery, tasted like their "chicken breast" had lots of rib meat in it. They "just ran out" or "didn't carry" half of the veggies I asked for. When the female finished making my "pita", she just handed it to me, didn't ask me if I was dining in or eating out, wasn't offered a tray or a bag, however she was nice enough to give me one, yes, one napkin though. Sounds like the owner is some cheap @ss. The "pita" was pretty bland actually, didn't taste authenic at all. I've had REAL Greek and Mediterranean and this was not it! You can buy most the ingredients there at WalMart across the street for le$$ and it wouldn't taste any different. This place is a wannabe Chipotle for Greek/Mediterranean food. At least Chipotle actually COOKS some of thier own food. I've had better "assembly line" food at Subway. I'm definitely not returning. read more

After 1 visit only, I can't go any higher than 3 stars........I found it to be under seasoned, and my sandwich simply fell apart. For my wife and I, I ordered a souvlaki and a chicken Caesar pita. The place is really clean, the two young ladies were quick, efficient and personable, and the ingredients seemed freshly prepared and high quality, and I was surprised to find the food a little bland. I will admit that I was tired, and had the pitas made the way the server liked them, rather than picking all my own veggies, sauces, options. I will try them again, and take the time to order them exactly as I like, and if it changes the taste, adjust my review higher! read more

Needed something simple but good for a lunch meeting I was hosting with one day notice. I stopped by Pita Pit not knowing what was available or how it would worked. Asked the person at the register if they could help me out and she explained they her name was Jessica and she was the manager there and absolutely they could set me up with something. I told her I had know idea what I wanted but needed something for about 10ish people. She went through the options and pricing asked if I needed plates, napkins, chips, drinks basically covered all the bases. Sooo....long story short, I went to Pita Pit with no idea what to expect or even what I wanted. Walked away happy knowing that I could focus on the content of the presentation I was giving the next day and the food would be taken care of. Delivery was made on time with a courtesy call before hand to let me know they were on their way. So big thank you to Jessica and the crew at Pita Pit for taking care of the little things so I can focus on the more important parts of growing my business. read more

So I always like the taste of my pita (fresh and tasty) HOWEVER I like to get mine with extra meat and I like my veggies to be grilled. I ALWAYS specify these things when placing an order online or via fax. I pay for the extras of my choice and usually provide a "prepaid" tip with my order. I get very upset when I pick up my order and my expectations of my order are not met. I have now paid 10+ dollars for a single pita (due to extras) and there are no extras and it is not made to my request. This is very frustrating and even though I eat what I have been given it makes me think twice before ordering again. I am hoping that my review will help to improve the awareness of the individual(s) who chooses to not fully read my order before making my food. read more

I am a tourist staying at the Holiday Inn in grants pad and upon check in I was given a list of good places to eat that deliver. I didn't want pizza or Chinese and I didn't know what pita pit was so I thought I would call and ask. A girl answered who was extremely rude to me and made me feel stupid, she begin to be extremely rude to over the phone and then she went on to refer to me as Daniel the guy who has been prank calling her. She then ignored my questions and hung up on me. I then called again and was sent to voicemail. Then I called one last time and spoke to a gentleman who was again extremely rude to me and said in a smart ass tone "here we can make all your dreams come true." Then he hung up. So I decided to take my wife and walk there. I confronted the women who apologized and said she has been getting a lot of prank calls and was fed up. She then gave me 2 $1 off coupons that expired 09/15/14. The moral of the story is extremely rude customer service displayed throughout this whole restaurant. The employees need to learn how to answer the phone properly and treat every single customer with a level of respect. Without the customer the business isn't a business.
