I used Travis for a home I just purchased in lake Las Vegas. Not noticing any real problems with pest other than an occasional cock roach. I had him spray one afternoon around the perimeter of the home. Next morning I noticed around 100 dead cockroaches turned upside down around the pool and home. Five Stars for New Solutions. I called about seeing a rodent in my yard . New Solutions came out the next day and examined my property to determine if there were traces of rodent life in my yard. I came home one day and noticed my casita had a layer of bees that was larger then a basketball on the outside wall. I googled all kinds of info to see what I should do as I figured I could get rid of them myself. WRONG. After looking at all the local pest control websites that said they could remove bees I called Coby. I called him first because his website talked about the bees and didn't try to convince you that the bees would kill you like the other guys websites advertised. I called on a Friday evening at like 6 or 7 PM and COBY ANSWERED the phone. We talked and he said he would be out the next day, Saturday, to take care of the problem. He showed up the next day, put on the bee suit and got rid of those buggers. It turned out they were the Africanized bees that are pretty nasty when you try to move them. (They really do attack you when you mess with them. The first wave made me run in the house. Very aggressive little suckers). After Coby was able to remove the layer of bees on the wall it turned out the construction people had left a LITTLE hole in the side of my casita that the bees used to start a nest. They could not have been there more then a matter of days but there were already several hundred bees hanging out. Not kewl. After getting rid of the bees Coby plugged the hole and treated the area so the bees that were out of the nest would not hang around anymore when they came back. GREAT job, reasonable price and Coby was a pleasure to deal with. For ANY pest problem i would give him a call for sure. FIVE star job. read more

Very happy customer! Only lived in area for past year, when summer hit I noticed water bugs, crickets, and ants seem to come out of no where. I called and was surprised they could come out same day. My house was sprayed on 6/16 and the very next day.... No bugs! This is pretty awesome considering they seemed to be everywhere at night and the ants were taking over room by room. 9 days later and we are still bug free. Excellent customer service. We've been extremely impressed with New Solutions. We had them treat the inside/outside of our home before we moved in a year and a half ago and they have continued to treat our exterior bimonthly for a very reasonable rate. We have small children and a dog and were concerned about scorpions and spiders. Very pleased to say that I have never seen any of these pests inside or out. I did have some ants in my laundry room a few months ago, and Coby came out and gave me a detailed tutorial on the substance he treated them with. They were gone within hours and haven't been back since. They have always replied promptly to emails and phone calls and I know I can count on them. I thought my daughter might have brought home bed bugs or something because she continued to get new bites, even when we had mainly stayed indoors the day prior. I called New Solutions and Coby came by to check it out. I told him over the phone that if we had bed bugs in the house, I wanted them gone ASAP and would be willing to do the heating treatment that cost about $1600 but gets rid of them in a day. He came out and thoroughly checked my daughter's room and our house. He told us that he didn't see any evidence of bed bugs, just a spider web under my daughter's bed and that a regular spray would kill any spider that may have bitten her. He could have very easily lied to us to make $1600. We are so glad there are still honest business people out there. I highly recommend this company. Super responsive, professional, and honest. We had a bee hive in our wall. Coby was able to come by sooner than other pest control companies and able to give me a better quote as well. He did a great job safely removing the bees while doing as little damage to our wall as possible to lessen the extense of the repair to the drywall afterward. I have never seen so many bees! The bees were relocated, and we even got to keep some of the honey. Couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Highly pleased, and highly recommend. read more

We've been using New Solutions for a year now and we couldn't be happier. We have seen almost no bugs, pests or creepy crawlers outside of the occasional small dead bug outside. In fact the occasional small little dead bug is verification that New Solutions is working!!! They told us when we began using them that we should expect that and that it is proof that the spraying is working well. They are incredibly professional and always call a day prior to coming out. One time we weren't home and forgot to unlock our backyard. When I called them later, I was told they just used a ladder to get over and finish the spraying. We had an infestation of African bees. We're talking over 2000 lodging in our retaining wall! We called New Solutions and they came that night to assess the problem. He checked with neighbors and spent an hour at our house explaining what needed to be done. The next day Coby came out he fixed our walls, handled the bee problem found some undesirable spiders and more. He was fast, experienced, and a wonderful person...plus he was VERY reasonably priced. I give Pest solutions a well deserved five star rating. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Henderson. We started to notice ants in parts of our house and plenty nasty critters in our back yard. We called Colby and he came to our house the next day to assess the issues we were having. He was very professional, friendly and definitely knowledgeable about what had to be done.
