I paid $29.99 for something, but it was the quality of something I could've gotten at the gas station for probably around six bucks. No tire shine or overcoat as promised. Also, the majority of the film on my truck was left. After the wash one side had a vacuum that was inoperable so overall pretty poor experience. Doubt I'll be back. read more

People working there are usually talking to each other and not paying attention in directing people allowing you to enter car wash off the racks. Lots of young people "running" the place. I wouldn't even give this place a star if I didn't have to. The left lane is usually closed, which means there's no "members Lane." There's typically little soap. They're always seems to be some type of mechanical issues. They used to give dog treats, and now they don't. There seems to be a new crew every few weeks, so that speaks for itself. This is just a very poorly ran business and whoever is running it, certainly doesn't deserve to be doing so. If you have an SUV the back of the car will never be clean nor dry. I have the highest level of membership here and overall it's ok-ish but only half of the vacuums work well. Unfortunately I don't have many options for a quick car wash. read more

Pitstop Carwash is the BEST!! We are in town drove up and got a ton of bugs on the car. Thank god for Jordan! He helped get them off for us instantly offered us a complimentary due to how filthy the car was. Thank you again for your help got all the bugs off and the car looks amazing. On 1/6/23 I pulled in line for service at 10:10 I was greeted by the manager and advised that the service would be performed by 11:00. They did not start on the car until 11:45. When I complained about the delay the manger stormed over and told I was free to leave and he would mark me as a "no service ". After waiting for two hours I sat quietly and finally got the oil change. this guy is new to this location. I had extremely good service there for years. Busy place but the staff was friendly and the place was clean. All the vacuums worked and had good suction.

Even the $6 car wash made my Lexus look a lot better during pollen season. Plus I like that they have someone to scrub the front & rear bumpers with soapy water before you go through the car wash. The wash is good . Vacuum and air work as well. My issue is with their price increase on a single car wash. They went up from 9 dollars to 12 and when I asked why the response was you get a better deal on our monthly plan. While that may be true not everyone needs their car washed every week . PitStop has really good curb appeal but I think it's expensive for what you get. The vacuums have very little suction and will not pick up much of anything. I will say you can get the wash subscription for $4.95 for the first month and the RFID sticker is SUPER convenient. The top wash does a fair job and I can't complain about the tire shine. Staff is friendly and most are very attentive to your vehicle upon entering the wash. read more

The pit stop in foley is absolute garbage. The attendance didn't do anything except spray my car off before entering. They didn't close my mirrors or scrub anything. I paid $18 for a car wash and it was less than mediocre. Don't waste your money coming here. read more

There is no way to get in touch with this business. There is a long distance number that is on the website but no one answers it. The automated voice gives you two options one to get a job and two to join the membership. I was in there yesterday and today I see that the side of one of my tires is ripped off and a had To replace it for $280.
