What is important is, when I asked a question, they were obliging and pleasant about answering it. The shop itself is on the small side and cramped by merchandise in several places. There is a large selection, surprisingly few tacky beach things, and a tin asking for animal rescue donations: definite thumbs-up there. I don't know if it's a "must see", but it is a breath of fresh air in a world of endless Sunsations and Candy Kitchens.
