Normally I'd put in more thought & research to where I would like to try and go, but once I felt the motivation to try and get an appointment ASAP somewhere, I ended up just going through a list and calling whoever came up first. This was only my 3rd call, first one to actually answer, and I was able to make an appointment same day. Definitely a review I feel I will have to update at some point once I get some more experience here (and I do intend to), but my visit with Claire went well. Much better than I ever expect a first visit to go. In my experience with counseling, I usually go in and get the same tips & tricks I've already heard and tried for years, and have a hard time connecting, but Claire had several new tips that I've yet to hear about or try and I really feel we connected well. I enjoyed speaking with her because we basically just jumped right into everything, which I needed, and even in this first session she seemed to tailor her advice to me and what she knows I already enjoy and do. They don't take insurance, but do have a "sliding-scale" I believe is what they call it. I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford counseling right now at their highest rate (which I think the highest they'll ever ask is $120 or $125), but can go as low as $30 a session. It's good to know though that if I ever run into money troubles again, I can request paying less, and it sounds like they'll do that with no questions asked. When making my appointment, I didn't realize that Watercup is a "Christ-centered counseling service available to all". It does not bother me as I'm a spiritual person (I don't say religious because I don't align myself with any one religion) but I was worried it might be TOO centered around that... however this topic did not come up at all during my first session. Maybe the next... as long as I don't ever start feeling "pushed" into anything though, I will be alright. But I didn't get the vibe of that at all. This is already long enough so, overall, obviously I was happy with my experience and knew right away I would be making another appointment to see where this is gonna go for me. Instead of dreading my next session, I'm actually excited.

Everyone from reception, the care team and discharge nurse were exceptional, I can't say that enough. I wish I could recall all of their names but when in pain that was not my priority. The hospital was very clean, inviting, and comfortable even in the waiting room. Thank you for such a great experience during a difficult time. I was in and out in about 2 hours even though the ER was pretty full.

He guided me through physical therapy post total knee replacement. His guidance was calibrated to my previous physical conditioning and expectations for recovery. Ryan was patient, exacting with his description of the exercise exercises which I would need to perform and importantly restrained me from over exercising. I appreciate Ryan's sense of humor, his communication skills, and his knowledge of kinesiology. Without question, Ryan is a superlative Physical Therapist who will guide you to recovery from any injury or surgical intervention.

Trevor not only helped me recover, but my return to running was incredibly smooth and quicker than expected. I probably listen to him more than any man in the world, and that is because he had my trust from the beginning. Trevor is patient, demonstrated every move, taught me not just what, but WHY we were doing each exercise, and since I understood it, I followed through on my homework. I have loved going to PT because I understand my body more than ever before and I have a better appreciation for running mechanics. Trevor also handled a few personal low points really well, always compassionate and understanding when I came in frustrated. I can't recommend him and the Rebound family enough. I always feel welcome and I feel like they're part of my team. I go to PT now because it makes me feel strong and confident. Everyone at Rebound is dialed in. 10/10.

It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.
