This time, it was nearly impossible to get appointments and they were at horrible times and over 30 minutes from my house. ATI just happened to open recently in the Clarksburg Harris Teeter Center in Clarksburg Village. I figured I'd give them a call. What a refreshing change of pace from what I usually get at physical therapy. It was easy to get an appointment and I was able to do most of the forms online, ahead of my appointment. When I got there, they are keeping the number of staff and patients low, so I felt safe (with Covid restrictions). All the staff has been vaccinated for over a month. They were constantly wiping things down and everyone was masked. There was generally only 2 or 3 clients there at a time while I was there. They also have a private room if you need more privacy. I had to fill out another form, on their client laptop when I got there, and then I had my evaluation. Both women who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They isolated my problem quickly and got me started. They told me how long I could expect healing to take. They went over their responsibilities and mine to ensure I have a positive outcome. No other physical therapy place has ever done that with me. I was able to schedule my full 6 weeks of appointments at my first appointment. My old place would only let me schedule 3 week out and then they wouldn't have availability and I'd have to stall my therapy. The place is super clean and conveniently located. I'm so glad I found ATI and this location. Looking forward to feeling better and completing my therapy with them.

She took a lot of time to listen to the history of my condition, what tests had been done so far, and what various doctors have found (or not). Everyone on staff are extremely friendly, and seem completely dedicated and committed to a good patient experience. The wait time before the appointment is minimal, and usually only a few minutes, if that. They are busy, but extremely efficient, and I've never felt like I have been lost or forgotten about in the shuffle. They even remember specific unique needs that each patient has to be as comfortable as they can during their session. I have a very complicated issue that still has no specific diagnosis. I know that makes any physical therapist's job significantly more difficult. However, Hali is clearly committed to helping me, and always offers excellent advice and recommendations for following up on my medical issue with the various doctors I've been seeing. She has never given up on me, even though I know some doctors have. I have noticed she provides the same exceptional level of care to other patients in the room too. This is a story of why Health Insurance is so expensive. I was looking for Physical Therapy and…read morecomparing places. I may have to pay for my own visits because I have a high deductible. I called Rehab 2 Perform new and different then an institutional PT location. And they told me that a visit is $50 and that they will also submit a claim to Carefirst to see what they would cover. $50 seemed reasonable for a 40 minute exercise session. I begin treatment. 6 weeks later I get a statement of charges from Carefirst. The charges were well over $300 for each session. Carefirst has an allowable amount yet it didn't cover the full $300 for each visit. Rehab 2 Perform sends me a bill for the difference which would make each session cost well over $50. How is someone supposed to plan and choose where to go if you get lied to. I am sure they will say call my insurance company but the fact is they never said a visit is $300-$400. A personal trainer is $30-$75/ hour. This is an insurance scam. Nice concept and place but not $300-$400 for 40 minutes.

It's because they are amazing at what they do and they're sincere about their work. They recalls care. My son had been suffering from a really bad knee issue that just wouldn't get better. He couldn't even straighten it. So we went to True Sports when we decided to get a second doctors advice, a second mri and this was our fourth physical therapy place. I wish I would have known about them to start with. They absolutely know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They also hold kids accountable for their recovery which I love. These guys are actually better than the highly recommended PT facility we had been driving (way too many miles to get to!). I can't believe such a high quality facility is available right in Western Howard County! Additionally, they were very flexible and have been great to work with in terms of getting appointments scheduled that fit my work schedule.
