To start off the receptionist was awesome and always remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. I worked with Cathy and Matt and their assistants and in no time I went from a walker to a cane to walking on my own. They cater your exercises to your abilities and listen to your concerns. They sent me home with instructions to do exercises at home on days I wasn't there. The whole staff are not only physical therapists they are also cheerleaders letting you know that you can do it. I appreciate everything that they did for me and I really miss them all. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.

Both doctors, Carley and Zarzuela are very knowledgeable and patient and have great bedside manner. I trust them both with my care. The Stafford office is obviously more "new" and a lot nicer looking. Dr Zarzuela's nurse, Pat, is so friendly and nice. She's definitely got a unique personality, but I really liked her! I ended up having surgery by Dr Zarzuela, and so far, everything is healing right on track. I'm happy that I went through with the surgery and that my doctor did such a good job! I only gave them four stars because of one of their receptionists / surgical scheduler named Robin. Robin was the only individual in the entire practice who I seemed to have a problem with... She was very rude and short with both me and my husband on multiple occasions. She left me a voicemail threatening to cancel my scheduled surgery, stating that Stafford Hospital had not received my lab work yet. (Oddly enough, when I contacted Judy Doyle from Stafford Hospital, she had told me I was cleared and ready to go.) Robin may do better in a line of work that doesn't involve people or customer service.

She is organized and patient and always there to help if you need. Dr. Rosoff is explains everything so you understand what you're doing and why you're doing it.
