To start off the receptionist was awesome and always remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. I worked with Cathy and Matt and their assistants and in no time I went from a walker to a cane to walking on my own. They cater your exercises to your abilities and listen to your concerns. They sent me home with instructions to do exercises at home on days I wasn't there. The whole staff are not only physical therapists they are also cheerleaders letting you know that you can do it. I was told to BRING paperwork for my situation all the 4 times I spoke to someone I explained to them I needed the 10:15a appointment due to prior appointment this morning as well and now told I would have needed to be there at 9:30a, they could have told me that as well... if I had known to look for an email from them which by the way I did ..I would have known what to look for and by whom... but to have me resch for another two weeks I am just not happy with ... those questions were not even relevant to the appointment I'm needing so really didn't make any sense to reschedule me over that... Please be clear when scheduling patients and not give the excuse that staff is in training ... that's not my fault but I had to be rescheduled due to their lack of training

I arrived 10 minutes late, and upon arrival was told that the therapist I had booked was not working that day. They offered me a different therapist, but I was informed that this therapist had another appointment scheduled, meaning my session would be cut short. Because of this, I declined the massage and requested a refund. Both the massage therapist and the front desk staff agreed that I would be refunded, so I left without receiving any service. After waiting two weeks with no refund, I called to follow up and was told they would not issue one. In the end, I was charged despite receiving no service at all. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
