I personally feel that someone who should have known the basics of reading an MRI and have just plain common sense when evaluating patients ... did not.

She was very thorough, answered ALL of my questions, and explained things in a technical, but understandable way. She took my concerns seriously, didn't dumb things down, and really knew her stuff. It's clear she's great at what she does - not only did the surgery go perfectly, but the staff at the hospital showed a lot of respect for her skill. When I told someone she was my surgeon, they told me I didn't have to worry about a thing because she was a perfectionist in the operating room. And that happened multiple times.

Stopped by today 7/16/ 2026 at the Plumtree location to schedule an appointment. Had my referral in…read morehand. I was told that I wasn't able to schedule in person at the office and was provided with a phone number and extension to call. Called the number and put on hold for 15 minutes. Person answered and said I dialed the wrong extension. I used the extension they provided. I advised the person I needed to schedule an appointment with Doctor Tsay for a EMG and I have a referral. She asked from what office and I told her. She said that the office I provided wasn't compatible with their system and I have to fax the referral to them. I said I was just at the Plumtree location why couldn't I have left a copy. She said it didn't work that way. So how am I supposed to fax it over when I don't have a fax machine. Something has to give with our medical system and people need to do their jobs. The system is failing. It's ridiculous to have to go through all these hoops to schedule an appointment. He was amazingly straight-forward with me, and I trusted his opinion, which from me, is saying a LOT. He is an expert in chronic ankle instability (too many sprains - the ankle never tightens back up) and explained my options to me. I opted for surgery, and his staff were amazing that day - very organized, very professional and incredibly nice. I have been very happy with the whole experience, although I am ready to be off of crutches!

I am elderly and disabled and had a nasty fall down the steps and injured my hand severly. It's a sorry state of affairs when GCHS cares so little for patients. and more for their minimun wage staff.

I'm talking ankle sprains, ankle bruises, broken toe, injured wrist, injured fingers, acl surgery, lower back pain, etc. I love that the specialists, PA-C's, and physical therapists are all so nice. They're all knowledgeable and kind and have great bedside manners. The location is great. This location isn't even my closest office, but I love the gorge Quarry Lake views. The waiting room, patient rooms, and bathroom are always super clean. Most recently, I visited w my ggggf, and I loved the way they tended to her and made her feel comfy about an uncomfortable injury. Although I'm not looking forward to another injury, I do wish this business the best and will certainly keep my business there when/ if needed.

I called them after a search of yelp reviews and they were able to get me in right away. They "threw the kitchen sink at me" and within a week I was able to move with freedom and carry most objects with a moderate level of discomfort. By the end of the following week, my pain was pretty much gone, and by the week after I was back on track with my workouts and job demands. The office is clean, professional, kind, and incredibly productive! My insurance has a bit of a high deductible, so I eventually had to cut back on the extra treatments being suggested/offered. But the adjustments were always spot on, regardless of which provider I was seeing. Fast-forward two years later and an ongoing neck issue (that I have been ignoring) has begun to cause constant headaches and migraines. I called them and they offered an appointment within an hour of my call! Due to my schedule conflicts, I had an appointment to see them two days later with a wicked migraine. Astonishingly I left much better after a session of dry needling, ultrasound treatment, and possibly the best adjustment i have ever had! By the time I took 800mg of ibuprofen, I felt like new. I know it'll take a few visits to get this resolved, but I have faith they will improve this issue very soon!

Dr. Terry has been beyond amazing during this long healing process. I pray this is my first and last time visiting a podiatrist. Note that Dr. Leu also sees patients at other offices and naturally he spends some time doing surgery, therefore he's only at this office for a limited number of hours per week.

Dr. Delanois is also a Veteran and he's been great; answered every question, friendly and a great surgeon. All the staff at Sinai/ Lifebridge have been thorough, friendly and very patient. I rarely write reviews, but saw some negative ones and I can tell you their wrong and full of it. I would recommend The Rubin Institue for Joint Replacement, Dr. Delanois and Sinai/Lifebridge Hospital to friends and family.
