    So me and my wife go in office after mri and turns out she needs surgery she is told to schedule…read morewith Rothman asap for surgery. Rothman says go your Dr's office and have them fax report so we know ur diagnosis. We go back to Dr defranchescas office and the office mngr says can't do it til after the 11th of July we are going on vacation...it's now June 30th. I say we'll her appt is for July 7th and if you say she needs surgery asap they can't do it without the report. She says tough basically I ask than to speak to doctor she says nope u gotta go...at this point I'm shocked. Doctor than comes to front he is handling the situation and says fine we will send it the office manager still proceeds to say No and calls cops after doctor is handling this....she than sees my army Keychain and says you must've had a brain injury while serving cause don't understand.. I literally was SHOCKED....There is so much more to be said, and it's sad cause the doctor is not bad his office manager is so old and just RUDE to say that to anyone let alone what if I did have a brain while over seas really the nerve on this ugly woman and I mean internally....this woman is disgusting in how she thinks it's OK to speak to people...it's sad she is that unhappy with her life and herself....Wether your a vet or not unless you enjoy being spoken to like a dog do not go here....again it's sad cause the doctor isn't bad but has zero backbone cause his employees run the show...he easily could've defused the situation and handled it....     Not very impressed. there seems to be gaps in what they do and dont do…read more They instruct the patient to do lots of exercises but there is no moist warming up of the injured area to prepare you for the exercises. Once you are done you leave without any manipulation of the muscles in injured area. No measurement of progress. Records of prior apts seem sketchy as the next apt feels like the first one. The Media office referred me to the Glen Mills office and I was nervous to be honest because I was personally comfortable at the Media location and knew all of the therapists there and had a good relationship. I was able to get an appointment right away and was scheduled to see Greg the Clinic Director. From my initial appointment to my current appointments Greg is always with me during my sessions and always making sure that I'm performing my exercises correctly. If you ever have a question as to why you're doing something or how to better what you have been doing, he's always with instruction and help. He's incredibly personable and intelligent and I feel extremely confident in my health with him. Rae at the front desk is amazing and already has your schedule done for you so you don't have to worry about making sure to get into your time slot. Matthew is also great and is always ready to greet you! I would absolutely recommend this company and location - they truly care about their clients and use all available resources in order to get you back to tip top shape.

    One of the worst experiences in healthcare I've ever had -- actually definitely the worst and most…read moreincompetent. Took 12 phonecalls and 4 weeks from the prior visit to get my blood results back. The supervisor also seemed like she was literally reading from a script and had no clue what was going on. Doctor Diu did not seem to want to do her job or help the patient (myself). Continuously looked at her wristwatch throughout my first visit. When asked questions about how to possibly alleviate pain or symptoms , she had zero answers and would respond with "fair enough" any time I mentioned to her the symptoms I've been experiencing throughout the 5 weeks of being ill. When asked any questions about what may be the diagnosis or how to alleviate anything , she didn't have any answers and told me to relax and let the process play out (as i had my fair falling out , joint and neck pain , rash up to my chest, diarrhea, gastrointestinal problems). When she told me to change into a robe so she could see my rash, she forgot to look at any part of my rash. When questioned , she said she had seen it already -- even though I was fully clothed for the entire visit up until this point. At the follow up visit 3 weeks later with Dr. Ramichello(?) I was not notified of my blood results positive -- or negative , that Dr Diu had asked to be done. Now , the office has called me and left 2 messages about letting me know the results of my blood work. When I call back to get said results , the operator laughs as if it's humorous and says there are no notes on any results of the blood work. They'll have to leave another message , ha.. ha.. Someone would have better luck solving there pain and symptoms searching askjeeves or google. This place can't even communicate within their own office.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced- bar none! The docs are great, but I have waited…read moreon hold for over twenty minutes not once, but several times, waiting to ask a simple question. They do not answer their phones. Also, their follow up is atrocious. We needed them to apply for an exception to the insurance company for a medicine that the insurance company didn't want to pay for for my elderly father. Since it works well for him, we wanted to continue using it. The doctor said they would take care of it and get back to us. Never happened and here it is over a month later and my father has no breathing medication. Try to call and follow up? That's a joke. You can not get through to them, regardless of when you call. I work a full time job AND care for two elderly parents. I don't have twenty+ minutes to sit in hold with a doctor's office. Their response to this? 'use the patient portal'. Not happy, because I prefer to speak to a human being when it comes to medical issues, but I tried the portal. Well, that's a joke as well. You go through a million steps to set it up and then it won't let you back in. I specifically wrote down every log in name, password, answer to security questions, etc. so that there would be no issues. Want to call someone to straighten it out? Good luck. I could provide numerous examples of how deficient their system is and how they take utter disregard for 'customer service' (and I use that term very losely), but it would do no good. I have called Patient Advocacy, Administration, and a few other departments trying to relay feedback and get answers. What did I get? Some drone of a woman who was not only incompetent, but robotic and quite frankly, stupid. Then there were a host of answering machines, automated voicemail lops from hell, etc. You get the picture. Christiana provides good care, as long as that doctor is face to face with you. As far as their communications systems and methods? There are no words to describe the inadequacy of the system. It is horrific to treat patients with this utter disregard. They should be ashamed of themselves for even referring to this as a phone system. Sooner or later you will have to call them for something. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration, lack of professionalism, loss of time and utter disregard for your loss of time and use another healthcare
