Pixar Pals Parking Structure is right next to the Mickey & Friends parking structure. We ended up parking at the Pixar Pals several times during our visit at Disneyland during the Halloween Half Marathon. Parking here is relatively seamless. We are usually parked on the top floor, 6, when going to the theme park. There is a elevator available as well as escalators to get to the security check point and the trams for the theme park. Standard parking rate is $35 and preferred parking is $55 per day. Parking opens hour before the theme parks!

Once Mickey and Friends is full, you'll be directed towards the next light, where you'll enter the Pixar parking lot. Floor 2 is the DTD walkway if you're avoiding the tram when can get severely backed up; especially because you'll end up pooling with the guests from Mickey's lot for the security check. Those with strollers, needing the elevator...I think the Toy Story lot is the best option IF you can fold it up quickly and get on the bus. Just know from past experience that 2 strollers & fam fit so the wait can be long for Pixar / Mickey & Friend's.

    Approximately 50 EV charging stations!

Parking opened one hour before the theme parks opened to the public. We pre-paid $30 to park and notified the attendant we needed EV. The attendant gave us a special ticket under a windshield wiper and we were directed to the row of chargers. There are FIFTY EV chargers! While I don't love the pricetag, my missing star is due to the stickiness on the parking garage floor. I stepped in numerous spots where previous park patrons poured our sticky beverages before they left and what remained is the partially dried aftermath. It took a good bit for the sticky/squeaky to disappear completely. I thought we parked in the Pixar lot when I checked in on Yelp. Turns out we were in the Mickey & Friends lot. Both of these two large parking decks funnel park goers to the same area to then everyone goes through the security checkpoint and onto a tram to head to the Downtown Disney drop point.

Cute Pixar movie themed elevator buttons for each floor

Each floor is themed after a Pixar movie! I've parked on the Finding Nemo and Monster's Inc floors before and when you enter the bag check area on the ground floor, there's silhouettes of beloved Pixar characters on the wall and a Luxo ball outside for photos! Parking is very spacious and it's a cute touch that the elevator buttons are based on the movies. PRO-TIP: If you want to go to Downtown Disney or are going/returning to the park via Downtown Disney, you can take the bridge from the Coco floor. It's a bit less crowded than the regular tram walkway.

This would definitely be a 5 star parking structure if it didn't cost $30 (as of 10/27/2021) to park here! It is well designed just like the Mickey & Friends parking structure adjacent to it. They have sensors for each parking stall so you know exactly how many spots are left for each row. You can use either the escalator, elevator, or stairs to get to the ground floor. As of right now, the trams are not running, so you'll need to walk through Downtown Disney to get over to the park entrance. To walk across the pedestrian bridge, you'll need to get to the second floor.

Lame! Pay $30 and get broken escalators. Great way to start our day with long lines for the elevators!

What a joke! For $30 you'd think that they would at least have functioning escalators. Nope, they were out of order. As a result there were huge lines to take the elevators. Also, even tough we were here first thing in the morning, we were forced to park on the roof. Again, for $30 I'd expect better.

Just took a picture to remember what level we parked on.

So yes it's expensive. I paid $55 for preferred parking because holy h3ll the like just to get in took us 30 minutes at least. The preferred parking had a lot of empty spots still. The themeing of the place is cute (is themeing a word? you know what I mean though). We were on the Cars level. Went to the escalator, then to security, and hopped right on a tram to DTD. I'd rather spend more for convenience and ease (although the line to enter was super long) than have to take a bus or walk a mile when we're going to be walking miles inside the park.

On a Saturday night I ended up parking in this structure it seems not completed yet again like Mickey And Friends all one way directions which in this one is also a pain if you go down a row not finding a spot you have to go all the way around. So far the red/green parking spot lights were not on and not working even though the sign that gives the number of spaces available was on. Each row was not completely lit it was like maybe every 5 or so lights were on makes it kind of eire. Lastly I didn't notice any restrooms on this end so you would have to go on the Mickey and Friends side. Overall once it is all complete and running smooth like Mickey and Friends parking will be a lot better.

I paid for great parking and came back to drop items off. I'm glad I didn't park far to take the long shuttle back.

There's no bad parking spot even when parked at the furthest spot. Remember, if you get here before noon they will check your bags at the parking lot and you can enter directly into the park. If not, they will check them at the park. I think it makes the process a little quicker. Recently, they changed buses and I don't like it. They're not as comfortable, they're old, and the level of professionalism is different. I'm going to be mindful though that this is a recent change and they're still working out the kinks. Like today for example, they didn't harness all the wheelchairs before inviting the other guest on the bus so then people had to move when they didn't expect it. It was a crammed mess temporarily. For people needing to change littles or use the restroom before you head home, there's a restroom conveniently located near the entrance for the bus. They even have two family restrooms which is nice when you have disabled children or just children in general.

We requested a manager to approve our ticket to exit for $10 as we didn't want to pay $65 for a lost ticket and we dined at din tai fung, as we waited for over 30 minutes, our daughter had to use the restroom so my wife asked the girl how much longer it would be and she proceeded to be rude and just say "they are coming" my wife asked how long, she replied "idk, however long they take" my wife replied well I can't wait much longer my daughter has to use the restroom, at which the girl replied "when then she shouldn't have lost the ticket" My daughter is 3 years old, I am so upset that a Disneyland worker would insult our daughter and my wife in this manner. This type of behavior is disgusting. I knew right when we pulled up to the window and seen this girls face that we were not going to have a good time but I would have never thought she would just blantly insult my wife and daughter. I write this message so the appropriate repimandation can be done because even if customers of Disneyland have an issue like this, workers should try and find a resolution, not insult and get into a back and forth arguing match. I have never seen somebody act so mean over a parking ticket I swear, this is not how Disneyland workers should conduct themselves Also to note and to make matters way worse there was other attendants there laughing at us, such as a older man with glasses, and another girl to the far right end of where we were at, she would smirk and smile at us while we were visibly upset. We ended up paying $35 to exit once we talked to the manager named Courtney who threatened to call the police on us if we didnt pay, this lady was also extremely rude. We asked her for the first girls name and she refused to give it to us, she said she has hundreds of workers and said she didn't know who we were talking about. I KNOW RIGHT. Thought I was done? Nope. Security also arrived for some reason, it was a man with shades, he walked up to my wife and stared at her through our window, she asked if she could help him, he said no, she then replied okay why are you standing her staring at me, he then replied, I just wanted to get your side of the story, my wife replied why are you the manager, he replied no I am in a different department but mine is coming, she then replied "what does that mean" then he just walked away while staring at us. This encounter was just bizarre and confusing, it was almost as if he was trying to intimidate us but just looked foolish in our opinion. but the main reason for this complaint is due to how the first girl treated us, she was out of line. I didn't catch her name but she was a small petite latina girl who looked very sad and tired, this is honestly just the best description I can give so you can narrow this down and let us know what the next steps are. This whole ordeal was just extremely unprofessional and insane to be honest, everybody was rude to us. I've never seen something like this before in my life.
