Came to Disneyland on this perfectly cool day and parked in Toy Story parking. It truly is the best parking lot in my opinion. There's no bad parking spot even when parked at the furthest spot. Remember, if you get here before noon they will check your bags at the parking lot and you can enter directly into the park. If not, they will check them at the park. I think it makes the process a little quicker. Recently, they changed buses and I don't like it. They're not as comfortable, they're old, and the level of professionalism is different. I'm going to be mindful though that this is a recent change and they're still working out the kinks. Like today for example, they didn't harness all the wheelchairs before inviting the other guest on the bus so then people had to move when they didn't expect it. It was a crammed mess temporarily. For people needing to change littles or use the restroom before you head home, there's a restroom conveniently located near the entrance for the bus. They even have two family restrooms which is nice when you have disabled children or just children in general. read more

I'm kind of hesitant to write this review because we really liked this parking lot on our recent trips to Disneyland! But I know there are some die-hards that will stick with Mickey & Friends forever lol! We stayed at a hotel right next door to this lot and there are several other hotels close by, so lots of people just walk to the lot. Traffic and crowds were virtually nonexistent when we arrived each time. Could have been the times at which we arrived. It was a breeze to get through security, hop on the bus and be whisked away to the Disneyland entrance. Which meant we got to bypass security at the main entrance. Leaving was equally as easy with buses being ready to take people back to the lot, minimal wait times. This may be my new favorite way to go to Disneyland! read more

[Buses]: Buses are provided and the drop-off point is near the Disneyland Esplanade (the open area between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park). It was approximately a 8-minute bus ride at 7:45 AM. The lot opens one hour prior to the earliest standard park opening time (7 AM on our visit). The last bus runs until approximately one hour after the last theme park closes. (11 PM on our visit). There was a long waiting line for buses at 6:30 PM (approximately a 30-minute wait). [Pro tip]: For visitors who don't have strollers/babies and willing to stand, then they can actually skip forward and hop onto the bus whenever the staff ask if anyone is willing to stand on the bus. In addition, the security lines were pretty short before 7:30 AM so definitely another plus to come early for the Rope Drop at Disneyland at 8 AM. [Conclusion]: If you are okay with no covered parking (go to Mickey and Friends Parking Structure instead for covered parking), then Toy Story Parking is a solid spot for all-day parking. My favorite parking is the Mickey and Friends/Pixar Pals structure of course because I feel it is easier to get in and out of (and back to the freeway) and as long as not parked up on the top you do have plenty of shade and your car is covered. I do like the Toy Story Parking lot though. It was very convenient since parked across from the Anaheim Convention Center. We were able to park here to attend NAMM over the weekend then hit up the parks. There is plenty of parking and shuttles to take you over towards the park/DTD entrances. The Cast Members are always great as well. It is great to have plenty of parking options when heading into the parks! read more

I have no idea why I've been avoiding this parking lot like the plague since my first visits to the park with my own car and up until this point. By a stroke of luck, the GPS led me to this lot and we all collectively thought why not, since it was already a hassle to go around anywhere else. For some bizarre reason, I was under the impression that you have to take the bus shuttle to the other security check in and then go through the tram that way. Which, very buffoon like of me, makes absolutely no sense since I've never seen a bus shuttle drop off at the Mickey and Friends or Pixar lot... But there is the added benefit that the bus shuttles that day were NOT busy at all and came fairly quickly. Although my friends and I had to stand, this was perfectly fine AND the bus has AC too. You can't ask for more during the hot California months. It also lets guests off towards the side a bit closer to the parks, which is another plus too. They also have their own water fountain and restroom on the way from one side of the lot to the bus shuttles which is nice and you can walk in and out of the lot super easily, making it much less of a hassle to get to the Anaheim Garden Walk or anywhere else. Call me a new Toy Story Parking lot convert, will be my next choice. The only thing I can think of being a con is that your car is in the sun, but many a times I've been on the other parking garage's roof, so this is no issue for me. read more

My go-to parking lot going to the parks and convention parking (D23). The Cast Members are friendly and will answer whatever questions you may have. One of the older parking lots. It's the best during colder weather to warm up the vehicle's interior. Though the lot is under the sun (great during colder weather times), its certainly not as crowded than the parking structures (M&F/PP); bus rides keep one dry in the rain, and cool in the summer with AC; Security checkpoint is available at the parking lot until 12 noon, then it reverts to the Harbor Blvd drop-off entrance. The waiting area is much lower-key compared to M&F/PP when the parks are crowded. Yet, there are those who prefer covered parking or the parking structure. It's whatever one prefers. Highly recommend as long as you don't mind having your vehicle under the sun. read more

I've been parking at the Toy Story lot lately, and it's much quicker than Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals. If you arrive in the morning, you clear security right away and can walk straight to the gates, which saves time. In the evening, you'll go through security before entering the park. There's always parking available when I come, both on weekdays and weekends. The shuttle wait has never been too long, and the longest ride to the park was about twenty minutes. Come before 12pm and you go through their security check and get to skip the security check line at the front gates of Disney!!! What a bonus. We rolled up and my mouth dropped, thinking we needed to make security line again. NOPE! What a bonus!! I want to say it was $40-$45 a day to park here, depending on your size of vehicle. This is one of 3 parking lots and not too far of a ride from Disney. Yay for the Magic Key holder discount. Woot woot! At 8am on a holiday weekday (Veterans Day) of course there was a bit of a line getting into the uncovered lot. The Disney app helps you with saving where you had parked so you can't get lost looking for your vehicle. The gal at the booth was friendly and informative. The staff is nice and directs you where to go. Then you go through security and wait for the shuttle. The ride is about 5 minutes and drops you in front where you can either walk over to Disneyland or Disneyland California Adventure. This was just a quick trip for me and I left shortly before lunch time. Maybe a 10 minute wait for the shuttle to get back to the lot. It was easy to get back on the street directly to the 5. 4 stars! read more

Toy Story Parking lot is the best solution for those staying south of Disneyland, down Harbor Blvd. We were staying at the Anaheim Marriott Suites across from Target, and this lot was a quick 5 minute drive from our hotel. I love that they have a dedicated security line so you avoid having to fall in line to get your bags checked along with everyone coming in on foot. The shuttles come regularly and frequently, and I have never waited longer than 3 minutes to board a bus whether going to or from the park. Toy Story parking lot is walkable from the hotels in the nearby area, but driving in makes such a huge difference! That walk from the shuttle drop off/pick up area is a lot longer than it looks on foot. Huge plus are the clean restrooms and lots of EV charging if you drive an EV. read more

The first few times I parked at the Toy Story Lot. I thought it was a really great option as compared to the Mickey and friends lot because it takes you right off the Harbor Boulevard entrance and you just take a bus from the parking lot to that drop off spot. Unfortunately, on busy days the line to actually get the bus can get very long, even as long as some of the lines for rides in the park. And because it's all outdoors on a hot day, it's not very pleasant. Cast members are always really nice and helpful and try to get you onto buses as quickly as possible, but on busy days, the buses can get very packed and this becomes less of an ideal option if you're trying to get to the park entrance, so even though the drop off is right next to the main entrance, be prepared to wait not only for the bus, but then also potentially at the security lines if there is a back up. read more

Personally, I think this parking is a lot better than the parking structure everyone parked at when heading to disneyland. This parking is less crowded and it is 15 minutes walking distance from the park. If you don't want to walk, you can take the tram to the park as well. The parking fee is the same as all the other parking lots/structure, which is $40. When we left the park back to the parking lot, there wasn't any traffic leaving the parking structure even when leaving at prime time. read more

This is my go to spot for parking at Disney. The parking lot can fill up on busy days, but the shuttles to the park are relatively fast. In the mornings, they will do bag check prior to getting on the shuttle and it makes it a lot quicker when you arrive at the parks. This Disney Parking lot opens at 7a.m. We did not park here as we were staying next to it at Homewood Suites Anaheim Convention. We walked from the hotel to the shuttle bus stop. The city shuttle come inside the lot to pick you up. You must go through Disney security first. There were many busses running before Disneyland opens and after. You don't have to wait very long. Once you arrive at Disneyland, you skip the longer security line and go to the gates. The whole process took about 20 to 25 minutes. This parking lot is TERRIBLE! If you arrive in the morning (especially on a busy day) there's a line that feels like it's 10 miles from the busses. Th CMs are constantly changing the queue and it doesn't make any sense when they do it. This morning, we had to go all the way to the left side of the loading area just to told to go all the way to the right side again, while other parties that arrived after us just walked on to a bus. Oh, and if your bus is exceptionally full, get ready to have some poor stranger's butt in your face the whole ride. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do NOT believe the hype. Unless you're arriving mid-afternoon and leaving at night, you're better off parking at Garden Walk. It's cheaper (with a membership), it's a 10-15 min walk to the parks, and it's much less stressful. read more

The stalls are pretty narrow, so don't be surprised if you find a ding on one of your doors. The start for the marathon was right off of Katella avenue. Toy Story Parking area is uncovered, but it was easy to get to the start of the race from the parking lot. I typically park at Mickey and Friends or Pixar Pier parking garages. Parking cost $35.00 to park at the Toy Story Parking lot. All parking locations are open for 60 minutes prior to the earliest Disneyland Resort theme park opening time. This is always my go to parking when visiting the parks or even just walking a bit in Downtown Disney. The parking is not in a structure but rather a big lot. Even when it is packed it still is not a super long walk to get to the buses. In this lot you take a bus that takes you to the entry of Disneyland. They usually have tons of buses loading here so even if it seems like there is a long line it goes pretty fast. Usually this is where they have security at so you go through the metal detectors and take all your stuff out of your pockets. They search your bags and as long as you don't have anything you shouldn't then its smooth entry. The bus ride is fairly quick ride to the entry. At the end of the night or whenever you decide to leave you get your bus in the same area it dropped you off or on the other side but there are plenty of signs that will direct you so don't worry. Even when we have left after the fireworks, which is usually the busiest time to leave, its not to long of a wait to get back to the parking lot. The traffic to exit is usually not to busy either. The traffic on the street may be busy but that is no fault of this lot. As long as this option is available and stays easy to enter and exit I will keep parking here when I visit Disneyland. read more

Clutch find! This is a much better place to park for the day then any of the other surrounding parking areas mostly because the lines are so short. Used this parking lot twice. First time I stumbled upon it and have a pro tip for yal.. 1. If you're staying at Hilton Anaheim, just jump on this shuttle bus which takes from Toy Story Parking to Disneyland. The walk from Hilton Anaheim to Toy Story Parking is a 7 minute walk. Your feet might be killing you after a long day at Disneyland but if not, this is a free way to get transportation rather than paying 6 dollars to get the bus or to pay for a taxi. 2. Second time I used it I only came up for the day. It was $35 per car or motorcycle. $40 per oversized vehicle, motor home or tractor (without trailer) - Toy Story Parking Area only. And $45 per bus or tractor (with extended trailer) - at the Toy Story Parking Area only. There's a shuttle once again that takes you to the parks. It took about 5 minutes and that's mostly waiting for the light to change. The parking lot is decently lighted. Lots of parking. Uncovered parking at its finest. Price is the same as Disney's other lot but with shorter waits. Conveniently located off the freeway and a short stones throw from Good Neighbor Hotels, it's worth the five minute walk. It's well lit during evenings and has security so it's generally pretty safe. If ever you arrive midday, this is the spot to park. You'll find a spot immediately and be able to hop on the shuttle within minutes. I prefer parking here because you get dropped off at the main gate rather than the back end by the Downtown Disney Section which does tend to get crowded and crazily busy. read more

Best kept secret parking... shhh, don't tell anyone. ;-) My go-to parking when visiting the resorts. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before reaching the pay booth. Then the lines to board the bus move very quickly, and the buses are air conditioned. Although the bus isn't quite the "show" of the tram (no 'welcome to disneyland resort' speech) it's quick and minimizes my least favorite lines of the day. When I purchased my Magic Key Pass, I was a bit let down that I would only get discount parking at the Toy Story lot rather than the main lot but it actually worked out really well. You've got to spend the big bucks to get the discount at the main lot. Sure, it's further away and takes longer to get to off the 5 Freeway but it's actually more convenient. ADA parking is much easier to access and the wait time to board a bus going to or returning from Disneyland/California Adventure is actually much quicker. The parking staff and drivers have all been so friendly and helpful, I've grown to prefer parking in this lot. Once you're on the bus, the time to reach the unloading area in the park or to return to the parking lot isn't much different. If it was a bit closer to the freeway, it would be perfect. Even if we upgrade to a higher level pass, we may just keep using this lot anyway although the park expansion is coming soon so we'll see how that changes things. read more
