Return shuttle at the same place. Easy, convenient. Saves your toesies a long walk. You'll appreciate it a lot at the end of the night after a day's worth of fun times. The other option is to uber or Lyft - we tried both ways. This way is good if the heat of the day is getting to you from noon and you need to return to your ac'd lodging to take a load off, chill, charge your phone, and

Mickey and Friends is the main parking option for Disneyland so you are basically guaranteed to end up here. For the most part they are organized and traffic flow is handled pretty efficiently. After 8pm they usually let you in for free which is a nice perk. Otherwise the price has gone up to 40 dollars for non pass holders. Inspire pass holders still park for free and if you visit often it definitely makes the pass more worthwhile. Some of the parking lights do not work correctly and can show a false green or false red which makes finding a spot more frustrating than it needs to be. My car has always been safe here, but the structure could be cleaner at times. Overall it does its job and is convenient, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

Arrived at 5:55 am. Wasn't aware that the Parking Lot opened at 7:00 am. Recommend that you purchase your Parking Entrance Pass on the app for convenience. Price on 01/20/26: $40. There's also a handy Car Locator feature on the Disneyland App.

There are two different parking lots for Disneyland. Mickey & friends and Toy Story. This is the multi level, covered structure the tram from downtown Disney takes you. If you parked at Toy Story you will need to take the busses on the opposite side of the ticket booths. Parking for Disney after dark special event was $35. Follow the arrows and look for the green lights. Isles will show the specific number of parking available in that section. Some of the green lights weren't open parking spaces so make sure to find a few options for parking before committing to turn down a row. Elevators and escalators lead you down to the security check. Bathrooms are here and tram to downtown Disney entrance. Well lit at night. We were one of the last ones to leave after 2am and it was bright and clean. Each floor has a character and is color coded.

I like parking at the Mickey and Friends parking structure better than the toy story lot so you can get some shade on a hot day for your ride. Always helpful staff here, and the trams are super easy to get to. Just really hate the price gouging that Disney feels entitled to do with literally everything. Just a couple years ago it was 20 bucks and now it's 35. Not all of the elevators are always working here.. Disney should really have somebody on maintenance with these things or maybe an elevator attendant to help manage the people flow. We've waited over an hour for an elevator here with a stroller and somebody disabled. Just a complete sheet*show. I would almost give them two stars here instead of three because of the elevator situation.

    A car!

Pricey, but it's easier than the alternatives. They have getting you parked down to a science, it's easy to navigate, and you exit in the action. Again, there are alternatives, but this to me is the easier option.

Easy parking structure to navigate. Lots of parking. Parking is pricey for standard parking $40, but that's Disney for you lol.

There's no bad parking spot even when parked at the furthest spot. Remember, if you get here before noon they will check your bags at the parking lot and you can enter directly into the park. If not, they will check them at the park. I think it makes the process a little quicker. Recently, they changed buses and I don't like it. They're not as comfortable, they're old, and the level of professionalism is different. I'm going to be mindful though that this is a recent change and they're still working out the kinks. Like today for example, they didn't harness all the wheelchairs before inviting the other guest on the bus so then people had to move when they didn't expect it. It was a crammed mess temporarily. For people needing to change littles or use the restroom before you head home, there's a restroom conveniently located near the entrance for the bus. They even have two family restrooms which is nice when you have disabled children or just children in general.

We requested a manager to approve our ticket to exit for $10 as we didn't want to pay $65 for a lost ticket and we dined at din tai fung, as we waited for over 30 minutes, our daughter had to use the restroom so my wife asked the girl how much longer it would be and she proceeded to be rude and just say "they are coming" my wife asked how long, she replied "idk, however long they take" my wife replied well I can't wait much longer my daughter has to use the restroom, at which the girl replied "when then she shouldn't have lost the ticket" My daughter is 3 years old, I am so upset that a Disneyland worker would insult our daughter and my wife in this manner. This type of behavior is disgusting. I knew right when we pulled up to the window and seen this girls face that we were not going to have a good time but I would have never thought she would just blantly insult my wife and daughter. I write this message so the appropriate repimandation can be done because even if customers of Disneyland have an issue like this, workers should try and find a resolution, not insult and get into a back and forth arguing match. I have never seen somebody act so mean over a parking ticket I swear, this is not how Disneyland workers should conduct themselves Also to note and to make matters way worse there was other attendants there laughing at us, such as a older man with glasses, and another girl to the far right end of where we were at, she would smirk and smile at us while we were visibly upset. We ended up paying $35 to exit once we talked to the manager named Courtney who threatened to call the police on us if we didnt pay, this lady was also extremely rude. We asked her for the first girls name and she refused to give it to us, she said she has hundreds of workers and said she didn't know who we were talking about. I KNOW RIGHT. Thought I was done? Nope. Security also arrived for some reason, it was a man with shades, he walked up to my wife and stared at her through our window, she asked if she could help him, he said no, she then replied okay why are you standing her staring at me, he then replied, I just wanted to get your side of the story, my wife replied why are you the manager, he replied no I am in a different department but mine is coming, she then replied "what does that mean" then he just walked away while staring at us. This encounter was just bizarre and confusing, it was almost as if he was trying to intimidate us but just looked foolish in our opinion. but the main reason for this complaint is due to how the first girl treated us, she was out of line. I didn't catch her name but she was a small petite latina girl who looked very sad and tired, this is honestly just the best description I can give so you can narrow this down and let us know what the next steps are. This whole ordeal was just extremely unprofessional and insane to be honest, everybody was rude to us. I've never seen something like this before in my life.

I have made countless repair notices via charging apps, have emailed DOT at the address listed to email for concerns, and even mentioned it to the guy in the booth who works for the independent management company that has nothing to do with the charging station...but to no avail. This was a great lot pre-covid. Everything worked, the charging stations, the automated ticket machines, the surface level park was still an actual park. Ever since the covid, there hasn't been a single day when all the charging stations worked. It started with only one or two that were broken, but now it's consistently been 5 or 6 with only 2 working stations. And it's funny, one will get fixed while 2 others that were also broken remain broken. Adding to the frustration is that all the spaces are compact sized and no one drives Priuses anymore...it's always a Tesla parking in 1 and a half spaces using a station meant for a 3 space. It would be one thing if DOT just decided to do away with half the chargers and repaint the lines with 4 distinct spaces, but they can't even do that...so you're doubly frustrated driving by seeing an open charger but can't access it because the cars in adjoining spaces are both over the line (and not because they parked crooked, but because the space is too small)...and then the next time you come in and park in that previously available half-space, only to learn that the station is actually out of service. I get that they're free and the city is hemorrhaging money, but I'd prefer if they actually charged if they reliably worked. Other cities manage to maintain reliable public charging stations, why can't LA?
