Andrea got to know me and asked me some questions about my skin and my waxing history. I let her know it was my first time getting a full Brazilian and underarm wax and she explained to me the process and the pain levels. I felt super comfortable with Andrea. That is not something a customer should have to navigate. Clear policies, proper staff training, and communication are the responsibility of ownership and management. If I had known I would be charged again, I would not have come back at all. It's not reasonable to pay for two manicures in less than five days. I would expect my nails to last at least two weeks.
