I have totally enjoyed all of my visits to see Binh and Ti! The new location at 10701 Main Street in Bellevue is absolutely beautiful! The decor is chic and trendy and not overdone and the music is just right and never too loud. I live in Seattle and gadly trek to Bellevue for all of my appointments. The garage parking is free and very conveniently located steps from the salon. BINH: From perfect manicures and pedicures to facials, brow and leg waxing, I have never been disappointed. Binh is very gentle and makes great suggestions on nail colors so my nails match my needs. She understands the need for fun colors for parties or understated nails for interviews. Her facials are excellent and the room is nice and quiet with relaxing scents and sounds. Also, I had never had leg waxing before and trusted her with the process - it was great! TI: Ti handles all my hair styling needs and does excellent work. His cuts are amazing, lasting me several months which has been a big help since I have been unemployed. Ti's colorist ability is the best I have ever had! I can go blonde or dark, and add highlights and I'm never disappointed with the result. I even brought in a 10 year old picture of me on my last visit to see if he could match that color and he did the match perfectly and without any hesitation. I love his sense of humor too! I went here yesterday for the first time and absolutely loved it! Not only was the atmosphere of salon great (clean, professional, relaxing) but Binh did an amazing job on my nails. I did the shellac and paraffin wax treatment and would definitely recommend it. I have a couple holiday parties this weekend and wasn't really sure what color or design (if any), I wanted. She asked what I was wearing and picked the perfect color to go with my outfits and did a really pretty design with small rhinestones. She also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Binh is really as good as it gets. As a male I haven't had my face worked on often. As a matter of fact up until now I haven't really had a clue as to why my Dermatolist suggested that I should. The salon is very nice and relaxing. The best part was having Binh massage and cleanse my face. I left feeling very relaxed and smiling. The dry, scaley skin has disappeared and my face just feels much, much better. Binh made some very positive, easily followed suggestions as to what I do and use to have better skin. She didn't try to sell me anything! read more

I have been going to this salon for ten years, and the personal attention is a requirement for facials, manicures and pedicures. I have been to many salons all over the globe and every time I come home this is my first stop from the airport. Binh is remarkable and consistent. Service: wait to be seated, pay at the front when finished. Staff are super friendly and gentle with cleaning the areas around the nails. A little awkward when it's time to leave -- we sat there for a long while waiting for someone to tell us we were ready to go after the polish was dried (polish was drying for 30+ minutes) but not one came and we had to flag someone down. Complimentary drinks with service do not include any caffeine or alcohol free options besides water. Disappointing because I am unable to have caffeine or alcohol. I had the Jelly Pedicure and a manicure. I requested nail art but was told that it would be "difficult" to do without gel polish. I think the staff were just unwilling in my opinion. A good nail artist can get it done with regular polish just fine if they take the time. I just wanted one small image on two nails but was declined. I asked about marbling and was told it couldn't be done without gel. There are plenty of people that have done marbling with regular polish as well. I'm not sure this place has experienced nail artists. Manicure details: there were a lot of bubbles in the top coat and the tips of the nails were not wrapped (where some of the polish goes under the tip of the nail to protect the polish a little). I was offered a redo after I posted the images but I don't think I'll be making the trip back, as they are not near me. I'm surprised that they didn't mention the bubbles at all during the entire process or came to check on us or checked their own work. There was only 2 of us and one other person when we were there. Jelly Pedicure: relaxing and nice. I recommend this service for a good cleaning and relaxing. Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the paint job of the nail polish, especially since it was a single color with no art.

I reached out to Beauty Me. I asked specifically about SOFT gel manicure, they assured me they could do it. I believed the Instagram saying done right everytime. that said, I arrived first appointment of the day sat down at a nail station, with a used towel and nail clippings on the towel. I own a spa, I should've left then. not sanitary it means things don't get sanitized at the end of the day. then as she started doing my nails, the jar she was using said HARD GEL- when I asked, she said its the same. I'm fully aware it's not the same as my nail tech has explained it all to me. carried on- usually my soft gel manicures could last 4-5 weeks between fills. 4 days later two of my nails not only chipped but broke, as the week went on, they all look terrible. I've since removed them to have to start all over because you can't mix soft and hard gel. my natural nails were so long and healthy, they are destroyed. When I mentioned that I was having issues, the owner was gracious to offer to have me come back in, to fix if this is how the first treatment was I wasn't likely going to try again. I hope my experience was a one off and others have a good experience. just sharing my review to potentially help someone who knows they need soft gel, that either this place doesn't offer it, or they mix applications.

Typically those go for about $15~ I was vocal I needed them removed because my work does not allow any polish on my nails (not even clear polish) and I only had gel nails due to being on vacation. The request was simple. I needed to take them off. No new set, no nail polish, no manicure, etc. I've never had an issue at other salons. The tech asked if I wanted my cuticles cut as she was soaking them off. I said "...sure?" It was my fault for not double checking and being naive to the fact that minor cuticle cleaning would equal a whole ADDITIONAL manicure charge. I thought I was already clear that I did not want any additional services, so I didn't know that I needed to really double check that cutting cuticles is a manicure? She removed my gel and did some extremely minor cuticle cutting and charged me $50 ($15 soak off and $35 manicure). I definitely felt that she took advantage of the situation and knew that I did not want to do a full manicure but skewed her words in order to get a yes. If she straight up asked if I needed a manicure, I would have said no. Service was friendly but for simply taking advantage of their customers - I will not be supporting a business as such ever again. :)
