Binh is the BEST!!! Less than a week ago, I got acrylics at another salon. I thought they did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with my experience, but four days later, my nails started turning yellow. I was nervous that it was fungus, and while I maybe should've gone back to the previous salon, I was hesitant to return and run the risk of it happening again. I found Image Nails on Yelp and saw Binh's great reviews, so I sent her a text and she scheduled me that same day. She explained to me that my nails were turning yellow because they were already lifting and water and air were getting underneath. She said if I would've waited a week or so longer, it (probably) would've turned to fungus. Binh cleaned my nails up and I got an acrylics fill. She was very meticulous and took her time making my nails beautiful! She was extremely friendly, and she frequently checked in with me to make sure everything felt ok when she was filing my nails down and cutting cuticles. She couldn't find the original green color I chose for my nails, but she came back with 5-6 other options and we decided on a really pretty color. At the end, she put cuticle oil and lotion on my hands and gave me a little hand/wrist massage. It felt amazing! The salon adhered to COVID guidelines and everything was very clean. I'm so happy I found Binh and Image Nails. I will for sure be back for my next manicure. :) read more

Honestly I waited a day to post this review because I didn't want my emotions to play a part in it. With that being said, I called the place ahead of time to see if they did dip nails she said yes. Once I arrived she said no but gel is better, since I had already left work early and made the trip there I was like okay. The service was okay although she did make me bleed on 2 different nails. Twice I had to ask her to cut down the nails on my right hand because they were significantly longer than my left. I asked for pointy nails and she said no?! Basically will never be going back and also it was $70 dollars that I will never get back and I'm getting them fixed next week because I can't stand them. read more

My nails are much more high maintenance than I wish they were. I have tried many nail salons in cities across the country - regular manicures, dips, gels, acrylics, etc etc. I pay attention to quality of service as well as quality of products used. Binh is the real deal. While at first glance the prices may seem a bit high, the quality is worth the cost. I have been coming here for my nail enhancements for a few months now, and they've lasted longer than anywhere I've been in the last several YEARS. I almost never make it to 2 weeks before things start lifting or peeling, but these have been lasting ~16-18 days in great shape. For someone with more "normal" nails, I'm sure they'd last 3 weeks just fine. In addition, this is a rare occasion where you do get a full, proper manicure included with a fill-in. Agree with other reviewers that Binh is very kind, professional, and funny. I've never had to wait, she sends text reminders, and is pretty flexible. Highly recommend! read more
