Why didn't I check these guys out on Yelp first! I ordered a Snow Queen hydrangea in a 2-gal pot. I am very disappointed in the condition of this plant, not only is it all wilted but the leaves have black spot and the plant's upright truck is very thin and fragile. The pot might be a 2 gallon pot but the plant is not a 2gal size. There is one sorry little shoot at the base of the plant but this is way below their stated quality level. I have bought a lot of plants this year on-line and none have arrived in this condition. So disappointed. Their website and photos are lovely but this plant isn't. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service to discuss what can be done but all I get is the same auto-reply that states they will review and get back to me in 2-3 business days...its been 12 days with no response so I am posting this review. Based on Pixies Gardens lack of response and low quality of plants I will not purchase from them again. One last thing, I tried to leave a review on their site but I think they have disabled it as they require a name and email address which I tried to provide but the site wouldn't allow me to enter a name. It's disheartening to find that after ordering from this website, I've come to suspect that it may be a scam. I placed an order over two months ago with an estimated delivery time of 5-15 days, but the product has yet to arrive. This purchase was especially meaningful to me as it was intended to be a heartfelt birthday gift for my mom, paid for with the last bit of money I could afford to spend. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service through calls and emails, there has been no response. At this point, the credibility of this store is seriously in question. I sent my mom a tree for her garden this past Mother's Day. Pixies Gardens immediately charged me but my order was in limbo. I emailed them 3x and never heard any answer from them with the exception of a robot email, saying they would answer me within 2-3 business days. After the third time, I just canceled via my credit card. Pixies Gardens probably would have kept my money, since they didn't even bother to answer. They messed up on Mother's Day -- got a tree instead from MM Nurseries and it was just mailed out today. I notice from reviews that this billing and not fulfilling an order with 0 customer service is a common complaint from Pixies Gardens. read more

We received very mature plants that arrived extremely well packaged. We will definitely use your services again. They had a plant that we have been searching for for several years without any luck. It did take 4 weeks and one phone call to receive our order, but with the current quarantines this is understandable. I had ordered flowers from a different company and had to finally cancel my order because they delayed my shipment for over two months. Sorry overall 4 weeks wasn't bad. I have bought blueberries before, but never had good luck with them, so I waited to see if these would stand the summer heat before recommending the plants from pixies.
