Reviewing and approving the layout for the photo strip was also a breeze. There was no complaint or backlash when we kept making small requests to change the layout. Smile Big showed up early for the event and had everything set up ahead of schedule. They were also very nice in accommodating the long line at the booth after the designated stop time. The photo booth was solid and the pictures came out quickly. There was a screen on the outside of the box that would rotate through all the photos that have been taken that day which was nice. We had originally agreed on some services but I had needed to make some adjustments a few weeks prior to our wedding and he was very flexible. He explained everything, and answered all the questions I had prior to signing the contract. Michael was professional all around.
