The staff couldn't have been better at guiding him through his first audition. We were ready to let him quit and walking out the door when a parent came out and convnced us to stay. Once staff saw what was happending they all were amazing at calming and doing what they could to make him comfortable. All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything. Regarding your refund request: per our policy, class purchases are generally non-refundable.
