Sadly, it was recently removed from their menu but with the help of a chef who worked here for a while we were able to mostly recreate it. Tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, Calabrese sausage, and the most important piece: garlic oil! The only thing missing was eggplant which they didn't carry any more.
