So...I give them a 1 Star, not because their food isn't good, because it's actually a pretty solid pizza and has been one of my favorites for years and years; they get a 1 Star from me because of poor customer service. We ordered over the phone, was told the price it would be for the pizza we ordered and drove over an hour round trip. When we got there they told us they were actually going to be charging us $2+ dollars more thanwhat they quoted us and that they would not be standing by what they told us. A really solid lie, but below par customer service. When I contacted upper management the next day, they did not care about what had happened and offered absolutely no resolution. At the end of the day $2+ dollars is nothing, but poor customer service leaves a lasting impression. Also as an added note, I left a comment/review on their Facebook detailing this incident, nothing rude or senseless, just that the customer service was not handled well at all, and they immediately removed it and blocked me from being able to leave comments at all. While camping at Hocking Hills, we attempted to visit Capt Ron's Pirate Pizza but was closed the night we showed up. After some googling, found Pizza Crossing in downtown Logan. Being from Chicagoland, we didn't expect miracles but were pleasantly surprised. After experiencing the jerk-off at the ice cream register of Old Man Cave General Store (see my review), the super-nice server Shannel was a breath of fresh air. We ordered the cheesy garlic breadsticks as an appetizer, and while you do have to pay extra for cheese they're really good if you want to load up on carbs prior to pizza. And the pizza was fantastic: we ordered a large thin crust cheese, and while Chicagoland pizza places are skimping on ingredients during this national stagflation period, Pizza Crossing had good amounts of sauce and cheese, and a nice crispy though thicker-style thin crust. The pizza here is pretty great. I've had the pepperoni, supreme, and the Meat Supreme speciality and all were quite delicious. There is nothing flashy about the pizza here, there isn't some superficial quirk that sets it apart from other place, it's just a simple crust with a tasty sauce and a ton of toppings. I'm somewhat ashamed to admit I actually haven't tried Bob's Pizza here in Logan yet, so I can't compare the two, but why anyone would choose to eat at the big chain restaurants over this is beyond me. However, I do have some bad news. The non-pizza items I have tried haven't been the greatest. I've had the subs 3 times, and twice they were overbaked and incredibly hard. The cheese sticks are also nothing to get excited about. They are incredibly plain pieces of bread, totally lacking in seasoning or flavor, with a super thin layer of tasteless cheese in the middle that you can barely taste at all. The sauce also isn't right, though that might be a matter of opinion. They give you a thick, hearty, slightly-pungent marinara sauce, which I love with breaded and fried chunks of mozzarella, but because these are mostly sticks of bread I think a thinner, sweeter sauce would serve better. As they are, I can't say I would recommend them. Don't let that discourage you from the pizza though, it's pretty good stuff. I've also heard good things about the pasta, although I haven't tried any of it yet. read more

Probably the only pizza place I have been to with so many toppings on it. They put a lot of toppings, so choose them wisely as some of them can be overpowering. Unfortunately, we had big and thick pieces of tomato in our pizza. We had to remove them to not ruin our taste. We let our server know and she was nice enough to take a note of it. This place absolutely sucks. Sadly I can't give it 0 stars. Went in there to get " hey welcome to pizza crossing have a seat wherever you'd like" and I was like "man this place might be pretty nice" (this is my first time) and sure enough major let down. My fiancé and I sat for 20-25 minutes and NOBODY got us drinks , asked us what we wanted or even came to our table to acknowledge our existence in the restaurant. We specifically locked eyes with 3 different waitresses/waiter whichever and they all continued to converse and ignore. There was one woman mid 20's probably, dark hair. She looks at the other girls asks for her phone then went outside to smoke , WALKED RIGHT PAST US. Only to come in , go behind the counter and mess around with other co workers. We ended up just leaving still hungry and nobody took ANY information from us the WHOLE time we were there. Oh and for the record they were only 2.5/5 busy. This place used to be good..excellent really. But since they got in trouble for not obeying Covid rules a few months ago. The quality of the pizza has hit rock bottom. They are not using a quality sauce at all anymore. It tastes like plain no name generic tomato sauc.e. The toppings are as scarce as the toppings on that little Pizza pizza brand and their cheese is now related to rubber tires and it's sickeningly greasy and has zero taste anymore at all. The quality of this product is so bad I recommend you go buy a frozen pizza or get domino's maybe? It would be cheaper anyway and at least you know what to expect when you buy frozen pizza, cardboard taste is typical so you don't expect much. ... i don't know. We have bought pizza from here for over 20 years. I had pepperoni, very good. My gluten free wife had the cauliflower crust also very good. Just don't drink the water, or drinks made with it such as lemonade. Very, very bad tap water. Was visiting Logan over the weekend and jonseing for pizza. Cabin hotel I was staying at suggested Pizza Crossing and was glad they did. It was a busy Friday evening and they got our order out in under 25 minutes. Pizza was similar to a Donatos crust and cut but WAY, WAY better! Sauce was sweet without being too. Cheese melt was perfect. My wife and I devoured the entire large with onions. Salad was good. Breadsticks were just okay which is why only 4 stars! Pizza though is a STRONG 5! We live out of state now, but are originally from Logan. Pizza Crossing is a must visit whenever we come home! We also beg anyone coming here to visit to bring along a pizza or two. They even package them to travel and can be cooked when they arrive for freshness! We absolutely love the BBQ chicken. The gluten free crust option is good, but only offered in small size. We honestly haven't had anything we didn't like at all. :) The sandwiches and pasta are also tasty. The salads are big and the appetizers are pretty standard but still tasty. The wait staff is generally younger folks, but always nice and attentive. They have several TVs around and its a good place to catch a sporting event. Also a good place to take young kids, as its very casual and NOT a quiet, stuffy place. Overall, the prices are reasonable, especially compared to the city prices we pay here. Pizza Crossing certainly doesn't skimp on quality or portions! We recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner, but be ready to wait if they are busy. It is definitely worth it! read more
