Its gotten expensive which we aren't very pleased with considering we've been served doughy pizza a numerous occasions when doing pickup. So when we order which isn't as often as we used to. We order thin crust so as to avoid getting sick from a doughy pizza. Service is usually very quick, its been good when dining in but when doing pickup they often dont tell us the total or even ask for a name. I have eaten pizza from this establishment at least 3 times over the past few years, each time after helping a buddy do some work on his back forty. Each time we got the pizza to go. Each time I have been impressed with the flavors of whatever pizza he ordered. The pizzas always seemed to be loaded with just the right amount of toppings and they were never under or over cooked, nor greasy. I cannot comment on the price index, as I never paid for them myself. Nor can I comment on the ambiance or overall interaction with staff, because as I noted we always ordered and picked it up. The quality of the pizza has gone down so much since it first opened. It's greasy and so acidic now. Would rather drive to Temecula or Palm desert for pizza. Go to the pizza factory in Temecula that's what this pizza factory used to taste like. The service is normal and nice. I stopped in to get a pizza for myself and some friends recently and wanted to review this establishment again. The service has improved substantially. As far as ambiance it's the same old place but it was much cleaner this visit which was nice. My pizza was actually cut into proportionate slices so as to be served equally to my guests which may not sound like a problem but if you saw my last review then you know lol. All that aside I wanted to praise the good works of the owner Mr Jordan Gitlin. People may not know this but Jordan hosts a local food giveaway here at his establishment that feeds HUNDREDS of people (myself included). It's truly a blessing having him in our local community and I appreciate the hard work and sacrifice it takes to make things happen in Anza and Jordan not only stepped up to the plate, he hit a "home run". 1 Star because of the poor accuracy, very little toppings, and high cost. The price used to be bearable before, but now the last 5 orders have had mistakes in the last few months. Poor Accuracy: Constantly getting orders wrong... We've probably ordered 5 pizzas in the last few months and they ALWAYS mess up the order. A couple extra toppings we didn't want, or a couple missing. Little Toppings: Then when they do put your toppings, they put very very little. Sometimes as few as ONE jalapeño per slice. High Cost: A large pizza with a few toppings is going to cost you $30. Everything is about 30% more expensive than the prices you would see in most chains. Which wouldn't be so bad, but you end up paying more for less! read more

Showed up on Sunday at 10AM right when they opened. We were greeted immediately and we ordered a medium Factory Special pizza to share. Pizza came out great! Crust was light, fluffy, and crunchy. Toppings were good and sauce, tasty. Their medium is 8 smaller slices. About the size of dominos and pizza hut. My wife and I easily ate 4 slices each and left not feeling hungry, but not pizza full or hung over either. That's actually a plus in our book. Just right. If you're passing through here we'd recommend this place. If we weren't hiking right after this meal, we'd have ordered beer too. read more

Went to the Pizza Factory, Anza yesterday for lunch to take advantage of the offer we to going to redeem for (2) XL pizzas, using the code posted on their Facebook page BOGOXL. Which was posted as being valid until December 3rd, 2018. Two different employees behind the counter, told us that that offer was no longer valid, and we would have to pay full price for each of the pizzas = $54.00 without adding beverages. We declined and left, went down the street to La Cocina, found the offer again on their Facebook page while having really good Mexican food. I go here regularly but lately it's been bad experiences, hence the one star. I always get the 10 piece boneless wings but the last time I ordered them, they gave me about 5 wings and then breaded crumbs. I don't know how that passed as an order or why I had to go home with it. It's a long drive for me to get there and a long drive home. I wasn't going to wait for them to re-do my order. Another recent experience I had I ordered ahead of time, asking for my order to be ready in 30 minutes. She supposedly put my order in. When I got there a guy was at the front to ring me up but the previous girl never put my order in. He asked if he could get me a soda or something but I had already paid for one. So I asked for 3 white chocolate chip cookies. He gave me regular chocolate chip. He said he'd make my wings in 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes. I do like the food when they get it right but the customer service needs a lot of help and the attention to detail and quality control is lacking. A lot. People don't spend the kind of money, gas, time and energy eating out to get this kind of experience! The girls that work the front aren't very friendly either. For being in such a small place, I really like the pizza here! Even compared with pizza farther away! I always always get the breadsticks, their soft and chewy exactly how they should be. I usually have to get a little picky with how my pizza is made and with what, they're always able to accommodate. The place is clean and has a little arcade to occupy the kids. Pizza was average and super over priced. My complaint is the service. Walked in and stood at the counter some guy comes over and doesn't even say Hello or can I help you? just stands there. So I say "hello, I have a phone order" all he says is the price, we pay and he walks back gets the pizza and hands them to us. No thank you, no have a nice day nothing. Smiled at the girl behind the counter making pizzas and she just looks at me like I'm an alien or something. Wont be back just for that reason.
