Let's talk about this little hole in the wall pizza joint in Mississippi. Seriously, the beat pizza you can find. Toppings are PLENTIFUL and the thin crust is perfection. Their salad bar is shat salad lover and dressing lover's dreams ate made of. Homemade ranch and thousand island! The ham and cheese hoagie is also excellent. It's definitely not the same as it used to be. There's no compassion anymore. If you call, half the time they put you on hold and hang up. Then when you call back nobody answers. The staff is normally complaining when you walk in. The food is decent. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. It's hit or miss with them. read more

Worst restaurant this side of the Mississippi. The pizza is mediocre at best but the worst part of this experience is the service. You sit down, order, 30 minutes later waitress says it will only be a few more minutes, you keep waiting, families come, eat, and leave, and finally an hour into your agonizing wait the server approaches the table asking for our orders again because they lost it. I've gone to this pizza place since I was 13. They have some of the best pizza in north Mississippi in my opinion! They're also known for a very delicious salad bar. My only critique would be that the dine in option isn't ideal if you want space between you and the person eating next to you. The salad bar is right there basically in the entrance and the counter where you pay so there's a ton of foot traffic where you're trying to make a salad. Pizza Factory - Cheese Pull!! - Pizza Near Me - Baldwyn, Mississippi

This is a great choice for a small town pizza option. I just brought my large family in as we were passing through the area on our way to the beach. Thanks to Yelp for helping us find it! We had cheese bread for the appetizer, two orders because there were 10 of us! It was cheesy and good, but not remarkable. Next, we had a pan pizza: half sausage, half pepperoni. Again, good & hot, but not remarkable. We also ordered two of calzone-looking things known as Smokestacks. They were actually very good! We had ham & cheese for one, beef for the other. They were the highlight and also the thing that stood out as unique. They have a frech salad bar, but it is kind squeezed into the entryway and the place that you order. It was also pretty sloppy and needed more frequent attention. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing special. I'm not sure what kind of random local programming was on the TV, but it featured two old men sitting in front of a static backdrop. Without having the sound on, that was the equivalent of having the TV turned off...actually, maybe it was worse! Service was fine, but we had to wait a while to get the check. Speaking of the check, we got A LOT of food for less than $50. From that standpoint, well done Pizza Factory! read more

I have always loved the Pizza Factory but the last couple of times I have been the service was horrible. It took over an hour for us to get our pizza! Not to mention people who came in after us ate and left before we got our food!! When we finally got our food it was cold and not enjoyable to eat. While we were eating, our waitress did not check on us at all! If we needed refills we had to go up to the counter and demand one! So I will be boycotting this restaurant for a while! read more

We set out to try something different than our regular weekend hot spots, so we took off for Baldwyn to try Pizza Factory. Many locals give it a glowing review. The menu offers a 'create your own pizza'' with the standard toppings and 2 types of crust, thin and pan. There are 5 specialty pizzas including a vegetarian. They offer spaghetti with meat sauce or meatballs and a variety of Stromboli that they have named 'smokestacks'. We chose 'The Works' pizza which had a bit of everything and a lot of it. The toppings were generous, the crust was delicious and the sauce was just right. The only complaint we have is that there was not enough cheese to hold the toppings. The pizza could have cooked a little longer and with extra cheese it would have been perfect. The onions and peppers did not have quite enough time to render. The Stromboli was very 'yummy' according to my teenage son. Again, excellent crust surrounding ample meat filling. The salad bar had your usual variety of toppings along with cold pasta, potato and corn salads that were enjoyable. This restaurant still allows smoking on one side of the building with a nonsmoking section on the other half. Service was friendly and overall we enjoyed our first experience at the PIZZA FACTORY. read more

Quite simply the best pizza in the area. Fresh ingredients, flavorful sauce, great crust. Pan crust is much better than the thin, but thin is also decent. No delivery, but worth the drive to pick it up. Try the cheese bread, and get it with the garlic ranch dressing; it's awesome. read more

me and my family went there not too long ago and tried to have a good meal but was in for a surprise. The food wasn't very good and there was a lot of cussing in the room due to the folks that was in there drinking alcohol. they was using foul language loudly and there were little children around not to mention Christian folks there also. the service from the waitress was fine but otherwise it needs a lot of improving. yes it was busy in the place but have some respect for others at least!!!!!!!! read more
