The crust is there for structural support which is desperately needed to prop up the sweet & spicy sauce that is then covered with cheese, toppings, and then cheese again. Compared to an NY style pizza there is 2.5-3.0 times the amount of cheese on this pizza. The cheese is the "writer, director & actor" with everything else a bit part. The weight of the cheese is so much that it gives way to the need to cut the pizza in a grid of 3x3 inch squares instead of the standard 8 triangles because it weighs so much relatively speaking. SO BAD !! Been a big lake resident over 10 years used to love pizza factory and we ordered weekly, however after ownership change in 2024 prices went up and quality went WAY Down now pizza is PAPER THIN and burnt crust chunks under the WHOLE pizza EVERYTIME from NOT cleaning thier ovens (assuming) We had 3 HORRIBLE pizzas in a row and will NEVER order again the cheeseburger pizza @ PRIMO PIZZA in monticello is our new Favorite !! SO SAD when places are So GREAT then Sell and become HORRIBLE!! SPEND your hard earned $$$ on a BETTER pizza then this place !! Not only is the sauce perfectly seasoned and an amazing consistency, the cheese is the perfect savory blend! 10/10 I have always ordered pizza factory for delivery or pick up but the dining area has always remained the same. It does have a classic old school vibe and usually busy whenever I go to pick up a pizza. The only reason I didn't give a five star review was the staff turn over and inconsistency of the pizzas. Sometimes I've gotten a pizza that was on the well done side or have ordered cheese bread and receive 3 slices instead of 4. This has always been an easy fix and the staff take care of it right away for us. This has not and will not steer us away as we just love the quality ingredients and menu! read more

First off I love the pizza factory Best pizza , but tonite was a bad experience. I use the delivery service because im in excruciating pain from my rare disease. I order Cheeseburger pizza with a 2 liter of the rootbeer. They forgot the pop. Reason why I'm upset is because I had to pay a delivery fee that wasn't liven up too, I also had to wait for them to delivered to another person before I got my pop. I called them And all they could do was apologized. what should of happened is you should of wave that delivery fee . Actually you should get rid of the delivery fee all together. i Will never use the delivery ever again because being pain getting your order messed up took a toll. I had to take all my might stay in grace when I was so irritated. Again I love your pizza but not your delivery. i know you guys make mistakes I understand but when you don't fix the deliverly fee When the delivery wasn't properly deliver isnt treating customer right. Warning...Pizza Factory in Big Lake, MN will give you a surprise at the end of the meal... a bill that is higher than what the menu in the restaurant and online website shows. I was charged $5 more for an $8 item. Spoke with manager at the location and he was unapologetic for the deceptive pricing... claimed they were in the process of updating their menu... it's a process... funny how they could update point of sale for new prices, but not the website or in store menu or waitresses. No signage or communication until payment. Have been a customer for 5 years... but I will no longer patronize this company. read more

Just finished and I wish I took some pictures. We got a side salad, regular salad, spaghetti with red sauce and garlic bread oh and let's not forget the large meatless marvel and pepperoni. Everything was delicious and hot. Place was clean and the service is truly amazing. She was helpful always fill out drinks and checked on us a few times. My first pizza was RAW, and my second pizza was completely BURNT. It took forever for them to bring the pizza. We were told 30-45 minutes and ended up waiting over an hour. They kept saying "it'll just be 5 more minutes" over and over for 25 minutes at the least. I have never been more disappointed. We were originally going to dine in, but it took so long we had to take out (we had two hours until an event and we had 20 minutes left until it started). They were extremely slow and took their sweet time. They claimed they were "busy" but there were only about 3 families in there. The table we got was still dirty. They just watched us as we did what was supposed to be their job (cleaning the table). It was very unprofessional and everything was dirty. The floors looked to be unswept for days. It made me lose my appetite. These people need to get paid less if they do less! If I could give negative stars, this would be the time. We are extremely disappointed to say the least. read more

I've ordered delivery two times. Both times offered good customer service coupled with a delicious experience! They quote realistic delivery times and always show up a little before. Let me start by saying this is really good pizza and I come here often, but I am again sitting in the lobby 20 minutes after the time it was said to be done and another 15 to 20 minutes away from receiving it and this has been the pattern now the last 3 or 4 visits. The price is very good compared to my favorite pizza place.
