At a recent family birthday dinner, the 16 year old guest of honor chose Jet's Pizza for dinner ... and everyone was on board with that! We must have been famished while ordering because we had enough to feed three times the number of people in attendance (but who doesn't love leftover pizza!). The items ordered were cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and supreme pizzas plus bread and wings. What we love about this Detroit-style pizza is the crispy crust! There's always a little tussle on who gets the corner pieces. The amount of toppings is not stingy, even if it's just a single topping. Enjoyed all of them, but it felt like the supreme had a bit more onions on it than necessary. The chicken bites are real breast meat with just the right amount of sticky, tangy BBQ sauce. We opted for delivery and they were right on time. Plus the pies were still piping hot. Jet's isn't the cheapest option you can go with, but it's definitely worth the price for a special celebration or splurging. read more

Maybe it's just my luck, but the majority of my orders from here have arrived before their ETA. The Detroit pan pizza is delish and perfect every time, love the fact you can split toppings on them. My only critique is that I wish they had a Caesar salad. The drivers have all been friendly. read more

Really good pizza for a national chain - recommended! I guess I was one of the few people around here that never tried a Jet's Pizza. But I took care of that last night. I tried out a hot sub, an appetizer, 2 kinds of pizza, and dessert - a giant warm chocolate chip cookie - yum! I particularly like the added bonus of numerous appetizers, salads, subs, sides, and dessert options. I have to say this is my new favorite pizza from a national chain. (The website says they have kitchens in 20 states.) I think they're definitely better than the other big chains - Dominos, Little Caesars, Chanticlear. But they aren't as good as my local shops - Mansetti's, Sota Pizza. The first thing I did when I walked in the door was kindly and professionally bitch to these guys. I attempted to order for home delivery about a week ago but I was told by the kid on the phone that I'm outside the delivery area. I knew this was wrong because I've had the same house for over 10 years. And I see the delivery dudes zipping in & out of my neighborhood a couple times a month. They fixed this for me. They apologized, they got me programmed into their computer, and they gave me a free pizza for my trouble. This is how you handle a problem. And it was an example of first class customer service. First off their pizza is great. Last time we ordered there was a problem with our order. They missed our order order called us an hour later. "Sorry something happened with your order. We'll make your order and get it on the way." No problem, mistakes happen. I told them just make sure it's hot when it gets here that's all I care about. Pizza showed up in 25 mins or so. Totally forgiven I don't give a crap about the time. Meanwhile, they gave me this coupon for a free large one topping pizza. Few weeks later I called back to order my pizza. They said there was nothing under my name for a pizza. At this point I'm staring at my receipt from the mistake and can see it's under the number I gave them. So they didn't do their job and make a note. The next hurdle was that there was a minimum 15 dollars to make a delivery. She said you need to order other items and my wait time is an hour. I offered to come pick the pizza up when she repeated back to me "I don't see anything under your name." Trying to brush me off again. Is every day at this place a nightmare or what? It's Thursday, how busy could you be? This location is a joke. read more

The pizza is really good and I like ordering from smaller chains to support business. However this location would not honor a coupon when their app and website were down. I even had them check with the manager and they said they would not honor the coupon unless I ordered online and I explained the site and app were down and they still wouldn't. That's just bad business. I order here ALL THE TIME. But I have decided I won't be doing so anymore. Very disappointed. read more

Jets is pretty great pizza - our favorite in the Anoka/Coon Rapids/Andover area. We have never gone in, only ordered for delivery. It's nice that they have various crusts - New York style, thin crust, square pan - and I like to do the flavorized crusts, which blow any national chains out of the water. Do not buy from this location. I was nice and left a 15% tip with my order and then get a notification from the bank saying a modification was made and they charged me an extra $5 on top of my final receipt. Thank god I have both paper and digital receipts. I'm going to contest the charge with my bank and speak with their manager. Check your bank balance after purchasing from this location, they might be doing it to multiple customers to steal a lot of money! read more

I really enjoy their pizza. They have so many different combinations that it seems I can have a different variation on the same type of pizza. For an order of two or three pizzas to arrive within 15 minutes after I walk in is pretty sweet. I also like the fact that they have inexpensive lunch options. usually we love Jets but last time we got a burnt pizza, they said they had a new cook who was cooking them on too high a setting. They offered us a free pizza the next time we ordered..great...except I ordered my free pizza and they said they would't deliver it unless we spent $10 the minimum amount for delivery...didn't I pay that when they sent me a burnt pizza? I appreciate that they corrected the burnt pizza but to say we now need to spend more to get it delivered left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
