I absolutely love the pizza here! I've tried many different varieties, and I haven't been disappointed once. The breadsticks and chocolate chip cookies are also fantastic. My only complaint--which is quite significant--is the water and soda fountain. For quite some time now, the water has had a strange, artificial taste, almost like it's laced with lavender. Unfortunately, this carries over into the fountain sodas as well. It's reached the point where I've considered bringing my own drinks. Please have someone look into the water filtration system or the fountain equipment, as it's the only thing keeping this from being a perfect experience. read more

I ordered lasagna and it was terrible. It had absolutely way too much cheese and the flavor was off. Ended up throwing it away after two bites. I will say their pizza and mozzarella sticks are very good so that's all we will order from now on. read more

This pizza is simply amazing! The customer service was also great. The pizzas definitely seemed like they came out larger than what they advertised which was slightly unfortunate for us since we ordered way too much but luckily it still tastes good heated up the next day! Nice staff throughout visit and they keep the place clean. Our Badger Special was quickly made and delivered to the table. It was of good quality and ingredients were plentiful. We were the only customers inside the store when we ordered a pizza to go. It took them 15 minutes to prepare a medium veggie pizza with chicken added. They did not put any tomatoes. The center of the pizza was somewhat soggy. The pizza lacked any flavor. It was very bland. I am looking for another pizza place. read more

We love the Pizza Factory in Bonners Ferry and have been going there for a few years now. It's a busy place! The owner is very nice. We love the salad bar and the lunch buffet. The pizzas are delicious. The restaurant could use some better cleaning and some updates and a bit more chipper staff to earn 5 stars. Some staff are a bit grumpy, unfortunately. I know good help is always hard to find. They always, have alot of staff. You do see the staff standing around and socializing with each other, while they are on the clock. They should be working or cleaning the tables and floors and engage more with customers. I rarely see the staff or owner engage with customers and come our behind from the counter. Perhaps, he's shy and hires socially awkward staff? The prices are high for a menu item pizza. I recommend the salad bar lunch which is still a fair deal. read more

I really love their pizza. They have a great offer for the pizza and salad buffet, with get a drink, for only 5.99. I can't beat that. They rotate the pizza out at the buffet too, so you can have a variety of flavors. They had a couple of televisions that were playing sports, when I ate there. As far as I know, you can watch sports while you eat. The seating isn't the best. It's great for the little ones. It's a great pizza restaurant to take the kids to.
