Ordered our dinner to go (lg pizza) and while waiting for it, watched one pizza cook show an employee how to run the touch screen on the register (never removing his gloves), then just moments later the other pizza cook came to the counter and made change for a kid for the video games.(without removing his gloves) then went right back to putting toppings on our pizza. Needless to say for not wanting to create a scene, we opted to throw the pizza in the dumpster. :-( read more

I ate here a little while back after a weekend in the San Juans. I was with a group of about 12 other people and they accommodated us amazingly. The food was great and the staff was more than happy to make sure we were doing well. They have an awesome selection of micro brews and you can build your own pizza, any way you like it. Before I reviewed pizza factory as a 4 star but recently I went there with my girlfriend and there was a 2 inch black hair I pulled out of my cinnamon stick and to make it worse there was a smaller blonde hair in her pizza. Kinda grossed us out but besides that recent experience, I usually really enjoy pizza factory. read more

Me and my family go to the Pizza Factory about once every month or so. It's about a half an hour drive from where we live, and it's always fun to go down there and indulge in the tasty pizza buffet. We recently went there for my brothers birthday. Pizza Factory has always been consistent. They deliver the pizza's out very fast, and each type of pizza is always there ready to eat. My personal favorite pizza would have to me the Rancheesy Pizza, basically a cheese pizza with a ranch reduction. They also have breadsticks with some marinara sauce for you to take. After eating and filling your stomach up with pizza, there's also some dessert breadsticks which are amazing. The other cool element about this place is the salad bar. Always fresh, have a good choice of toppings and dressings, definitley reccomend it. As for the only complaint I have, the movement of the chairs in that place can produce a very squeaky noise due to the material of the floor, so you may get some wierd stares! Overall great place, very consistent, friendly staff, and a pleasure to visit. read more

What a find! Drove by hungry after a soccer game and fed our family of four for about $40! The pizza was fresh, hot and yummy - our kids loved watching the pizza dough being hand tossed in the kitchen! Salad bar was fresh, full of choices, and clean! Unfortunately my experience here was not so pleasant. They messed up our order not once, but twice. The first time they gave our pizza to the only other customer in the restaurant (yes, there were only two groups there and they mixed them up) and an hour later, we finally got our pizza, but they messed up the toppings. I took one bite of my pesto-tomato pizza and soon realized that there were cashews in there too (normally I love them, but they really do not belong on pizza). I really like these guys pizza, but Pizza is like art, everybody has different tastes. I get delivery from these guys probably twice a month for the last five years and only one time have I been disappointed. That one time was because of an inapt delivery driver who squished my pizza and I'm sure if I would've called they would've gave me it for free. Prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. As for the restaurant itself it's always clean and they have a big salad bar and friendly staff. If somebody asks where to get pizza in my area I always recommend them. read more

We ordered a veggie special tonight with pepperoni added. Very boring pizza. I don't think they've heard of oregano, or garlic or anything flavorful like that. On advice of a Yelp review we ordered our delivery pizza with just half the sauce, which was a good call, but we won't do this again. They get two stars instead of one because though the pizza wasn't good overall, the crust was quite yummy! I'm a thin crust fan but their thick crust is really good. I usually enjoy the Burlington Pizza Factory buffet, but I usually am there for lunch. They have a good salad bar, and the pizza is usually pretty good. Don't bother going for the buffet after 6 pm, however. The last time my husband and I were there for dinner on a Friday night, we arrived to find several remnant slices of pizza on the buffet that looked like they had been there a while, and were pretty dried up. Two new pizzas were put up shortly after we arrived, but no more fresh pizza after 6:45. We had a choice of cheese, Canadian bacon with pineapple and dried up old pepperoni. I don't care for Canadian bacon, so I had only one real option for more than 45 minutes. I asked if any new pizzas were coming and was told that two were baking at the time. 20 minutes later a new pizza came out. So, having waited an hour for something other than cheese pizza, I politely mentioned it to the staff, who were disrespectful, dismissive, and confrontational. Maybe ordering a whole pizza is worth it at this place, but dinner at the buffet isn't. There are too many good pizza joints in Skagit Valley to bother with such poor service! read more
