Fun! A good take on the underground speakeasy vibe, intimate and moody. The cocktail program is not on the level of Revival, but few are; it's nonetheless thoughtful, creative and well executed, varied enough to appeal to most tastes. Taps are similarly varied, not just a ton of pine tree IPAs like you see in so many places. Service is mostly friendly and attentive, if somewhat distracted. The food is good; stand-outs include the lobster roll and a real beauty of a chopped salad. The fries are excellent. The oysters are super fresh and well-sourced. The burrata appetizer is a beauty too, and the smoked salmon deviled eggs are a go-to starter. If you love old-fashioned desserts, don't miss their burnt sugar cake and bread pudding! A welcome distraction in Burlington... Speakeasy Saloon is an unexpected playground of food and mixology in a sea of mystery meat taco joints, fast food yucko and same-ol' same-ol'. Shake it up, give them a try! Just save me that little table in the corner...Recommended.

Our waitress was timely and very friendly. Very informative on any menu questions we had. Our food was very good! I had the carnivore plate, and my girlfriend had the bruschetta. Both were very good! This is the second place I've been to recently that has had carnivore options on their menu. Their drink menu is very extensive, they have a great tap list, and a great mocktail list. The only reason they are getting a 4 instead of a 5 is that they were out of several of the ingredients to make their mocktails they had listed on their menu and we went their specifically for the mocktail menu because my girlfriend can not have alcohol at this time. Great place, great food, and great service though.

The first time my wife and I came in, we shared the fajitas and they were absolutely incredible. Everything was full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Their homemade beans alone are worth talking about -- seriously some of the best I've had. We came back again today and I tried the enchiladas with the creamy poblano sauce... and wow. Hands down the best enchiladas I've ever had. That sauce was rich, flavorful, and something I'll definitely be coming back for. On top of the amazing food, the customer service has been top notch both times. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and really makes the experience even better. And I can't forget the real fruit coconut margarita -- absolutely to die for! Fresh, beautiful, and just as good as it looks. This place is officially one of our favorites. I've seen other people complaining about rude staff but they seemed cheerful enough to me, or maybe I'm just a handsome bastard. I waited awhile for my food (thank God for smartphones) but when it came I was impressed with the presentation (this is upscale for bar food) and the Iron Mountain Burger was a most excellent kick-ass burger, and just what I was looking for. Had the house salad with it because I'm trying to eat healthy... thousand island because I'm not trying very hard. What more can I say about this? Food was excellent, and I detected none of the attitude other people have talked about. If you want a burger and a bit of rustic atmosphere, check this place out.

This will be my final time trying it. My daughter really wanted the garlic fries and those were actually the only thing that was good. Her chicken was very stringy. My sandwich was burnt on half. Of course that's the half they put down on the plate. And I had a BLTA and it literally had barely any avocado on it. I ended up eating it open faced with one piece of bread. Very sad for what use to be a fun hometown place. I can't say the service was good.

Now, it's become a regular haunt when it's a nice day and I'm in the mood for some good pub food, a tasty cool beer and, oh, an impeccable view over a picturesque Skagit field towards towering Mt. Baker. This place is just about perfect! The food here ranges from pub favorites like wings and burgers, to fresh oyster shooters, to tacos, salads, and some delish house-smoked barbeque. They're also known for Friday prime rib nights, which I haven't enjoyed yet but it's on my list. The service here is super friendly. I've been three times this summer and one of the bartenders already recognizes me! It can be a little slow getting served on busy nights, so I recommend ordering as soon as you can if you're hungry. Otherwise, just settle back with your beer from their amazing taplist (or a cocktail from their full bar), enjoy the view from their vast outdoor patio, and take it all in before the rainy season returns.

Huge shoutout to the rockstar bartender who made it happen. My husband had casually asked about the game before we headed out to the tulip fields, and sure enough, when we came back and took a seat at the bar, she remembered and got it on for us. MVP! Now, let's talk about the chaos. They were clearly way understaffed the day we visited. One bartender, one host, and a couple of servers seemed to be holding down the entire inside plus two patios. That looked stressful for them. A lot of folks looked frustrated waiting to be seated or served. Pro tip: in situations like this, just head straight for the bar if you can faster service, drinks in hand quicker, and front-row seats to the TVs. The food was honestly solid. I had a steak salad with a side of fries flavor was great, but the steak came out cold. It must've been sitting there for a while and just not delivered. I wasn't about to flag someone down to fix it (that alone looked like a heroic feat), so I just rolled with it. The wait time for food was about 40 minutes, so come here with some patience. That said, I totally get the staffing struggle especially in the hospitality world. With more hands on deck, this place would shine even brighter. It seems to be a favorite for both tourists and locals alike part pit stop, part neighborhood hangout especially if you're staying at the Fairfield Inn or just rolling through. Would we come back? Sure just maybe not at peak chaos hour for dinner.
