We placed an order for delivery, 4 sandwiches & medium cheese sticks. It took an hour & an half to get the order. I placed the order @ 6:45pm & delivered at almost 8:30pm. It's a 3 minute drive, 1/2 a mile from the pizza factory. I call after an hour & was told it would be 15 more minutes. Well that turned in 30 more minutes. I tried to call back for an update and the phone was pick up & hung up. Then I called back & was immediately placed on hold and never came back on the phone so I hung since the driver finally showed up. This is the WORST delivery & customer service, I've experienced in a long time. Now for the food... the cheese bread sticks were cold & they forgot the side of ranch. It was not any good. I had the hot Awesome Sandwich, its was half soggy and not that good. It was slightly warm. I thought, it would have been hot and toasty. But it was a major fail on the order & delivery! I just got THE SMALLEST extra large pizza I've ever seen in my life. It was a standard med or leg. I also ordered a small cauliflower crust veggie pizza that had almost no sauce and was also the size of a personal pizza. I paid $46 and change for this. Never again. I should've went to Mikolino's,they just don't have an extra large...come to find out Pizza Factory doesn't either. read more

Worse place to get a pizza I'm from Modesto and let me tell u we got our pizza paid 70+ dollars in 2 pizzas 4 large drink and pizza was dipped in grease only ate two slices while my stomach was gettin upset right away honestly I don't know how they manage to still be open ! Gosh darn this is some dang good Pizza!! This has to be the tastiest thing I've ever had in my life, a slice of heaven so do speak!! Why hasn't bobby flay come to Dos Palos and challenged the cooks here at pizza factory to a cook off. It needs to be an episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay on the Food network! Dammit, I wanted to be the first to review... It's all good though. The Pizza Factory is THEE best pizza ristorantes in the whole wide world. This place is a fixture in my hometown and pumps out a mean pizza pie; thick crispy crust below a goo of stringy cheese with pepperoni piled higher than the wall of Persian soldiers in the Ilyad and the Odyssey. Supremely, superb. This location has satisfied many generations of Broncos. I remember coming here after baseball games, wrestling meets, football games, lunch time, and 3rd period when I was supposed to be in class - sorry, Mrs. Pinelli! They put alot more pepperoni and sauce here than the others. They also always have a great selection of video games. The most famous videos games such as Shinobi, Double Dragon, Heavy Barrel, Off Road, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat have made there way through Eric's Pizza Factory. Not many places take time to choose popular games like these, usually places just get whatever. The decor is just a like a pizza place should be smalll, quaint and not too bright. If you want a special experience drop by the Factory on a Friday night during the Fall. Usually after Dos Palos Bronco football games this place is packed by fellow football fans. You can grab a pie, have a bud and catch up with your buddies or talk about this year's Broncos team. Go Broncos! read more

I went to Pizza Factory with a friend to get some pizza for a party. Right when we walked in the atmosphere was bad. There was a mother there with four out of control children who were screaming, running around, hanging upside down from tables, and pestering another customer. I thought for a second that we had walked into a poorly managed daycare. It sort of smelled like it too and the floors were sticky. The prices were really high, but we didn't really have a choice at the time. We were told that our order would take 20-25 minutes, which was fine. We saw the cook tossing pizzas that seemed to be ours, so we didn't worry about it at the time. Meanwhile the kids were screaming, tossing toys around, and being rude to others in the restaurant while their guardian was more concerned with her pitcher of beer than supervising her kids. I understand that this is not Pizza Factory's fault, however, the children could have hurt themselves from running around on the tabletops and this should have been addressed by management.... but I don't think there was a manager there. Only two employees were working. Nearly an hour had passed, and it turns out the chef wasn't making our order, he was making his own lunch!! We asked if our order was almost ready and we were told it was just put into the oven! She seemed to have forgotten we were there. Ridiculous! There was no reason for the wait, we were the only ones in there who were waiting on an order. We got our money back and left. I've never been in such a poorly managed restaurant with such bad customer service and irritating atmosphere. We will not be back. read more

It's all about the Bronco Special. I don't think it's even on the menu, but it's the best combination pizza I've had. Their mushrooms are always super fresh, never slimey, their crust is thick but not dry. Prices are a little high in my opinion, but it's almost the fanciest restaurant now that the Super Steer closed, so what can you expect? Salad bar leaves a bit to be desired, so rather than getting the special I'd recommend just getting the pizza itself. read more

Pizza factory is Dos Palos CA. Great for family night and Birthday parties are espically easy at this location they had TV Jute box, games and 25 cent toy machines. It's always fun to have pizza and beer at this spot. read more

Eric is the best damn pizza cook there is. Fight me. Just kidding, but the kid can bake a pie like no ones business, always perfect on the crust, the toppings always proportionate and if you ask for white sauce instead it's like an actual slice of heaven. The owners need to clean the place up tho it looks bummy compared to the Firebaugh and Mendota locations but the food alone is better than the latter spots. read more
